Naš studio nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući s četiri apartmana, a gostima su na raspolaganju zajednički bazen, dvorište i roštilj. Posebna pogodnost za naše goste je besplatan ulaz i parking u kampu Mon Perin, poznatom po prekrasnim plažama i brojnim sadržajima. Bale su idealna polazišna točka za istraživanje Istre, njezinih plaža, slikovitih gradića, biciklističkih staza i vrhunske gastronomije.

Casa Porta Verde is located in the beautiful Istrian gem Bale on the Rovinj (12km) - Pula (29km) road. It is 6km inland, and down the road is beautiful Mon Perin Camping (for which free entrance card is included in the price, incl. free Aquapark Wibit) and Paleo Park (adult daily ticket 40 HRK). Bicycle and hiking routs intertwine the area. The house is located in a small peaceful square within the old city. Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool.
