Extendi mi estadia por cuestiones laborales bastante mas de lo esperado. Eva hizo esto muy facil. Me hizo sentir en casa y tuvo muchas consideraciones conmigo que debia extender sin poder avisarle con mucho tiempo de anticipacion. Por otro lado pero no menos importante el departamento es super comodo con todo lo necesario y mas para vivir una estadia prolongada y comoda. La buena ubicacion del departamento lo hace muy comodo. El tener el supermercado al frente es algo que te salva muchas veces y cualquier viajero apreciara. El departamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita para vivir una estadia comoda, mas si la estadia es prolongada. Sumado a esto Eva es una gran anfitriona y esta muy atenta a las necesidades de quien visita su departamento.

Paní byla moc milá. Při příjezdu už na nás čekala s klíči, vše v bytě ukázala, poradila kam zajít, co dělat. Bohužel jsme přijeli zrovna na počátku záplav a celý víkend nám propršelo a netekla od začátku pobytu teplá voda. Ale to bylo vinou zatopené teplárny a paní nám nabídla sprchu u ní doma, čehož jsme teda nakonec nevyužili. Jsme otužilí 💪😅 Jinak byt na super místě, hned u náměstí. Pár metrů od domu menší nákupní centrum, v okolí plno restaurací. Parkování jsme našli zdarma v odlehlé uličce hned vedle nákupáku, takže to bylo také bez problému. Přijeli jsme kvůli pivnímu festivalu, takže i přes nepřízeň počasí jsme si pobyt užili 😁

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is very well equipped and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are completely separate (which is not always the case in many places!) and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt at home right away. Communication with Bedřich was easy and friendly – he responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and check-in was super smooth. We arrived by car and always found a parking space nearby without any problems. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the tram stop is also very close – just three stops to the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!
