Our stay at Villa Lima was simply fantastic! The modern, light-flooded villa is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful, well-kept garden, which is enclosed – ideal if you are traveling with a dog like us and want to play outdoors. The location is perfect, a little further away from the beach on foot, but in a quiet residential area - perfect also for a quick trip to Bruges. Shopping is nearby. Our four-legged companion felt just as comfortable as we did! The hosts are very attentive and provided us with everything we needed - especially great tips on cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a dog-friendly place to stay.

We had a fantastic time at Stephan’s home and all of us enjoyed what was on offer for different reasons. The pool table and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and as an experienced host Stephan has clearly thought of everything. We would 100% recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back if/when we are in the area again.

This is the ideal house for a family reunion with a big living room, cosy fireplace and a great view on the dunes where we could see a lonely horse grasing peacefully. Even our 91 years old aunt made it to the sea, a 10 minutes walk, if you are over 90🙂Also the sleeping area is well separated from the living area, so that you don’t disturb late sleepers in the morning. We cooked a lot and found every thing we needed. We loved the place!

Johan is a very friendly host, who responds very quickly to our requests. We strongly recommend this place if you want to visit Bruges, a rich and pleasant city.

We had a wonderful holiday week in Bart and Kristien's house for the 2nd time. We stayed there with the grandparents and two families with small children. The children have been able to have a good time in the garden and with the toys present. Everything is within walking distance (the beach, shops, ..., ) which we find pleasant. We had a nice week in Ypres. The house is within walking distance of the city and at the same time very private. Spacious kitchen, with all the comforts. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are on the small side, upstairs the rooms and bathroom are more spacious. Communication with Dirk was very smooth, clear instructions and he is definitely ready if you have any questions or want tips. In short, this house is recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in De Haan with our three children. A charming house, beautifully furnished, very well located, with lots to do in De Haan and the area, even when the weather is rainy and stormy, as it was during our stay :-). We would love to come back. Caroline was really reactive and also flexible regarding our departure time, which was particularly appreciated. You need to know that you will need to bring your bed, bathroom and kitchen linen and towels. As long as you are fine with this extra effort, we found this to be a perfect rental for a holiday.

This holiday home is ideally located: quiet and yet within walking distance of the dike. You can already find what you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms There is a very nice garden around the house with several terraces and garden furniture, even more beautiful than in the photos We enjoyed our stay with daughter and grandchildren.

Excellent welcome from Francis. We had a great time in Avignon. The house, located 250 meters from the beach, was better than in the photos, with warm hardwood floors. Very practical and well-appointed house.

Matthieu's house is very nice. The location to the beach and dunes (2 min walk) is just great. The house is very cozy and well equipped. The garden was great for the children to play. Although we didn't meet Jonathan in person, we felt 100% well taken care of by him. Quick answers to our questions , quick help with small issues, and very emphatic. Thank you! The house is very spacious and very good to live with children.

This is a wonderful spot - spacious, clean and cozy with touches that give a modern, eclectic feel. The bedrooms were well appointed and the beds and linens comfortable. There was lots of space for everyone; the wood fire was greatly appreciated. Mareen was an excellent host, friendly and responsive. The fresh flowers, fruit and wine to welcome us were thoughtful. Mareen has done an excellent job creating a welcoming home. We would be very happy to return - highly recommended.

Arrival and check-in were a bit difficult because they hadn't seen the reservation coming in. We can't go back until the evening to check in. Joery immediately apologized and also immediately had one night fee refunded + we were also allowed to stay longer. The house and the location are recommended. The children could play carefree in the garden (which is huge), and the beach is almost literally across the street. If I still have to be in the Panne, I'll rent it again. Joël

Lien and her family were wonderful hosts! Their home was just as wonderful. It certainly felt like a luxury stay. Lien was accommodating, responsive and all around an excellent host. Cannot recommend staying here enough!
