Welcome to the "Aperol & Parasol" studio located 200 m from the dike in Koksijde/Sint-Idesbald! Ideal for a romantic getaway, the studio is available for a minimum of 2 nights off-season and a minimum of 4 nights in high season. Perfectly equipped, with a side sea view terrace... ideal for enjoying the charms of the Belgian coast! We also have 2 bikes available :) For the rest, the photos speak for themselves! Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Shops, restaurants, terraces, dunes, beach, dike, sailing club, mini golf, outdoor swimming pool. Paid parking in front of the door. Free parking at about 500 m. The studio is equipped with a double bed in the closet and a fold-out sofa bed for 2 people. Sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 vitroceramic hobs, oven. Practical renovated bathroom. TV in the sitting area.

The dune house is uniquely located, on the edge of an ancient dune reserve , 2 km from the sea. The large south-facing garden is fully enclosed, ideal for kids. The cul-de-sac makes there an oasis of peace in our dune cottage. We rent out per weekend , midweek, week or more. Weekend always starts on Friday night. PLEASE DO: WE ONLY RENT OUT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PER WEEK: Friday to Friday. Two regular bicycles are available. Cozy enclosed gas fireplace (no wood)

Rustic one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with shower and sink in the bedroom. Living room with streaming TV (YouTube or log in with your own subscription to Netflix, etc.) and equipped kitchen. No elevator. Bed linen and towels are provided. Located right in the historic center of Nieuwpoort. At 200m from tram stop Nieuwpoort-Stad and 3km from the beach. Ideal for 2 people, baby bed can be provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, free Nespresso coffee and tea. Wi-Fi. The dike is about fifty meters from the studio. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed. I work with a key box. I do not offer any extra services. No TV.
