On street parking that alternates every twelve hours or parking one street down with no time changes.

Andrea was absolutely an amazing host. I am new to ROC and wasn’t driving, I contacted her to ask questions before booking to ensure her place was the right fit & she never hesitated to give info even tho I wasn’t yet a guest. Her place is cozy and gives a homey vibe. She was always responsive when I message her and communicated with respect. If you don’t cook there are several lil convenience stores & restaurants nearby. It is also a great spot for someone (female like myself) who is concerned with safety.

Wow! The Tost and DUTCH experience was delightful! We were met at the door by Desi the dog. Sweet, mellow guy. Our room was right off the kitchen and the bathroon was directly across the hall. We were met by a couple of friendly faces and we said our hellos--after than the place was super quiet and peaceful for our entire stay. Everything was easy and the place was clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. It's a beautiful and quirky old home that had a very loving and welcoming vibe. Parking was super easy as was getting in the side door and the door to our room. Be sure to check out the church! Wow! what a fantastic space. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the price was a fantastic deal. Thanks Bradley and crew for a lovely experience. Oh, and it's a sweet walk for great coffee in the morning at Ugly Duck. And the thai food down the street at ThaiYada for dinner was great too.

A fun home for sure in a great location near restaurants and bars. Funky music and art oriented decoration. It is a room in the house, so you’re sharing bathroom, etc, but the hosts and family are quiet and respectful. Parking on street. PS: highly recommend “Crumpets” around the corner for breakfast, and “Rella” for dinner (make a reservation).

Rochester General (RGH) Retreat

I stayed here about 4 months due to my work, and I loved this place. Aileen always let me informed if somebody was visiting the house and she responded to my questions within 1-2 hours. She was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. Clear communication and expectation was one of the strengths about this place. The house was clean and quiet. Most of my housemates were travel nurse, and in a sense I felt it was safe. My room was just right size for me and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen was clean and easy to use. Once in about 2 weeks, a cleaning person came to clean common areas, which was great. I have rarely used AirBnB before, but thanks to my experience with Aileen and her house, I feel comfortable and less worried about traveling with AirBnB. Thank you, Aileen!

Place was a ways off.I found it fine.People in the place were very helpfull.I was able to check in easily and they made me feal right at home.Dollar General store a couple of blocks away so I was able to go shopping. Walmart was a bus ride away but i walked there to get to know the neighbourhood.Thank You for making me enjoy my vacation.

Christine and her husband were amazing hosts and so accommodating! So very friendly and kind. Made us feel very comfortable! Clean and perfect room for a short trip. Definitely recommend staying here!
