Queen & full-size beds; living/dining room: 50-inch TV & Netflix. Coffee/tea station; microwave, toaster, blender, stove, refrigerator, & pots, pans and utensils & spices. Crystal wine glasses etc. Fully equipped bathroom. 1 acre garden & parking. Patio to relax. NOTE: stairs are steep and we only have AC in the kitchen. In the bedrooms we have fans.

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Cozy & Quiet Private Syracuse studio

Relax & Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located priavte studio. My humble home is an 10 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Christopher's place is clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great neighborhood. Chris is a very helpful and considerate host. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Syracuse.

Wonderful place! The only suggestion I have is to add some blinds to the front door, as the shared deck allows neighbors a direct view inside. Other than that, it’s a clean, quiet spot in a peaceful neighborhood, and parking is easy to find.

We had a great time at Megan’s place! Everything was perfect- pristine, comfy, and had so many touches that made you feel right at home. I was with my husband and one year old and I would say it was great for families. We were so grateful to find an awesome spot so close to where I’m from. The neighborhood is walkable and felt very safe. Having a washer and dryer- especially with a kid- was so wonderful. Please stay here!
