There are restaurants, convenience stores, banks, 24-hour supermarkets, shopping streets, and bus stops nearby, making it a very convenient location. The new Nishitetsu Sakura-Nariki Station opened on March 16, making it even more convenient! Smooth access to the airport, Tenjin, Hakata station, Dazaifu Tenmangu, Lalaport Fukuoka, Canal City Hakata, etc. from the station and bus. This new property was built in July 2022 and has an accommodation on the 12th floor. Long-term use of a week or more is even more discounted, making it a very good value. We are travelers of 4 families. The host responded quickly and accurately and actively looked into my questions. The location of this accommodation was good. There were quite a few restaurants nearby, and there were many convenience stores right in front, and it was nice. The windows were large, so the sunlight came in well, so there was no smell, and it was nice. Half-sense is a person who lives with your eyes, so the dust?? I didn't see any. There was a table, so it was nice to have a simple meal in the evening, such as a lunch box, and it was so nice to have two more spare chairs under the bed. The tableware was clean, and it was nice that the toothbrush in the bathroom didn't seem to be disposable. There was also a toothbrush rack, so I used it comfortably. There was also a simple charger in the drawer, and the scissors, floss, and thermometer were so nice. (Scissors are good!!) There was also a weight scale under the bed. I didn't use it, but... It was so nice to have a shared bike next to the convenience store right in front of the accommodation. I was so satisfied that I wanted to use it again if I went to Fukuoka.

I've used Airbnb listings in many countries, Osaka, Japan, and Okinawa, but nothing was as perfect and nice as here. First of all, the building and house are new houses, so everything is clean. Appliances, kitchen, and beds are all clean and tidy. The noise is completely blocked and the security is spotless. The location is good, so you can walk to Hakata Station, and the bus stop is close, so it's easy to use the bus.It is close to 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and 24-hour grocery stores, and there are so many delicious Yakiniku, Yakitori, and Izakaya nearby. The host was also very friendly, making it easy to check in and out and communication.This accommodation has the location and convenience that Koreans will love 100%. I was going to stay in Tenjin next time Fukuoka, but I think I'll have to come back to Hakata because of the accommodation ^ ^

The accommodation was really tidy and equipped with everything you needed. However, I was a little disappointed that they only provided one large towel and one medium towel (very small and thin) per person for three nights, so I subtracted one star from the value for money. However, since the towel-related contents were announced, I decided to use the washing machine and washed it frequently. It's nice to have a washing machine with a drying function! The location was also within a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, so it was really nice to get around. It was new and fun to video chat with the host when I checked in. Overall, I was satisfied. I want to visit again next time!

Yuri's place was clean and tidy. All amenities needed for a long stay such as kitchen and bathroom utilities were readily available. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Great for vacation stay for small family. Yuri was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Even though there was a problem entering our information into the URL, the host kindly guided us. The accommodation was very tidy and spacious, so it was pleasant for 4 people to use. However, the window was covered by the blinds, so I couldn't see the outside. Is it possible to open the blinds? It was a great place to stay in every way! (I knew there was no elevator beforehand, so it was okay.)
