Amazing location overlooking Palm Beach and wonderful villa. Highly recommended

It's a beautiful spacious place close to some shops, fish and chips takeaway, laundromat and parks. We didn't go to all the places, but they are close. Jenny was very responsive and kind and was helpful throughout the entire time. Thank you!

Great host would love to be back

We stayed just one night for a Saturday wedding. The accommodation was perfect and had good room for 3 of us. The amenities were clean and modern and the view was breath taking. it's 10 minutes drive from the main spots of Oneroa & Ostend. The communication was great and the instructions clear and concise. I definitely recommend this property.

Jenny's property was very comfortable and she was a friendly, responsive host. The property was clean, and well maintained. The fact that it was two units fit our need perfectly. It took a few extra minutes to locate the property because the driveway is easy to miss, but otherwise, we had a great air bnb experience. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing view, the only recommendation is to get a car if you don’t like the hills to walk to the villa other than that, it was amazing and the hot tub was awesome

Everything about our stay and this location was so perfect. This was definitely a memorable weekend entirely because of the Villa, the service we received, and the location. The Waiheke Resort was beautiful, there were amazing views and food at the restaurant. And after a full day out of activities and a wine tour, we were tired and able to just come back to the Villa and relax with a quiet BBQ. This is really a stunning Villa. My partner and I visited Waiheke Island for the first time and we got everything we wanted out of it and we want to come back. Thank you! 🏝️🩷

The villa was comfortable and clean. Lovely elevated view. Had everything needed and comfortable beds. Didn’t use other amenities from the resort so hard to comment on what they were like.

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

Andre and Juan were lovely and accommodating hosts! I really enjoyed staying here in my time in auckland - big beautiful home with a restaurant grade kitchen and 3 gorgeous bedrooms. The location is very central. Highly recommend!

We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

The place itself was spacious, clean, and tidy - everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. The amenities were top-notch, and the decor was modern and stylish. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. The location was also perfect - with nearby transport available, it was easy to explore the surrounding area. This is a very special place. Ponsonby and its spunky cafés right around the corner, yet totally private and quite. The appartment is large, open, bright. Interior done with great taste and care. The terrace, the Auckland skyline, hard to beat. Carl is professional, friendly and circumspect, wonderful host.

Sometimes you just click whit the house host and place … Great communication, lovely atmosphere felt like home - slept like a baby… fresh air peaceful space , clean and fresh facility European hospitality for sure…

We had a fantastic family holiday at Jeff’s place - such a spacious place in a peaceful rural setting with a lovely heated pool and conveniently located to everything Aucklands north shore has to offer.

We have had the most amazing time staying at the villa, it was even better than the photos. The house was absolutely beautiful, huge and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable with beautiful linen, the kitchen had lovely tableware, an amazing coffee machine and everything we needed and the pool was just the best fun! Channy was extremely responsive to messages and made out check in and check out very easy. Thank you so much Channy we will definitely love to stay here again!

We're a group of five (3 adults, 2 kids (4 and 6 years)) and stayed at TJ's place for two weeks. We booked this house due to it's proximity to Ponsonby road, because we like to have cool things within walking distance: lots of restaurants, shops and parks with playgrounds (Grey Lynn Park is our absolute favorite). And of course the heated pool was also a big bonus for booking this place as it kept the young ones entertained :) TJ was very communicative and was always there for us, when we needed her. She put a lot of love into her house. Wifi was fast and stable. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here.
