My son and I had the pleasure of staying in Judy and Tony’s beautiful, warm, and luxurious villa for 10 nights, and we felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning – spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. A majestic 400-year-old tree stands proudly in the front yard, adding to the charm of the place. What made our stay especially memorable, though, was Judy and Tony themselves. They are kind, gracious, and genuinely refined individuals, with an effortless elegance and warmth that made us feel completely welcome while also respecting our privacy. On Sunday, they even took us to a nearby market, which turned out to be a delightful local experience. We’re deeply grateful for the chance to meet such wonderful people. Getting to know them added something truly beautiful not just to our stay in New Zealand, but to our view of the world. We still miss the time we spent there.

We had a lovely stay in Helen and Peter's beautiful home - with amazing art everywhere. Furniture and beds very comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. The outside space was super and wonderful for relaxing in the evening after a day exploring Auckland. Ponsonby area is very walkable for coffee and shops. The CBD is manageable but a little further away. We would highly recommend Helen and her lovely home!

The family had a great stay the past few days. The place was clean and we felt at home straight away. Although the place is along the main road, it was still private enough to rest and relax. I will recommend this place and will come back again the next time we are in Auckland! 😎

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

Trevor and his wife have an amazing property that is up kept to the highest standard. With an unlimited amount of supplies and utensils throughout the house, they made the stay very easy and comfortable. They also provided clear instructions around functionality of equipment. Incredible location and home for a large group looking to spend time together. We were four adult couples and two toddlers. The space was perfect, having a bunk room and separate lounge for the little ones with enough bathrooms and privacy in different zones around the house. Direct beach access, quick walk to the local shop, cafe, playground and surfclub. Can't wait to come back!

The host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The place itself was spacious, clean, and tidy - everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. The amenities were top-notch, and the decor was modern and stylish. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. The location was also perfect - with nearby transport available, it was easy to explore the surrounding area. We stayed just one night for a Saturday wedding. The accommodation was perfect and had good room for 3 of us. The amenities were clean and modern and the view was breath taking. it's 10 minutes drive from the main spots of Oneroa & Ostend. The communication was great and the instructions clear and concise. I definitely recommend this property.

This is a very special place. Ponsonby and its spunky cafés right around the corner, yet totally private and quite. The appartment is large, open, bright. Interior done with great taste and care. The terrace, the Auckland skyline, hard to beat. Carl is professional, friendly and circumspect, wonderful host.

We're a group of five (3 adults, 2 kids (4 and 6 years)) and stayed at TJ's place for two weeks. We booked this house due to it's proximity to Ponsonby road, because we like to have cool things within walking distance: lots of restaurants, shops and parks with playgrounds (Grey Lynn Park is our absolute favorite). And of course the heated pool was also a big bonus for booking this place as it kept the young ones entertained :) TJ was very communicative and was always there for us, when we needed her. She put a lot of love into her house. Wifi was fast and stable. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here.

Everything about our stay and this location was so perfect. This was definitely a memorable weekend entirely because of the Villa, the service we received, and the location. The Waiheke Resort was beautiful, there were amazing views and food at the restaurant. And after a full day out of activities and a wine tour, we were tired and able to just come back to the Villa and relax with a quiet BBQ. This is really a stunning Villa. My partner and I visited Waiheke Island for the first time and we got everything we wanted out of it and we want to come back. Thank you! 🏝️🩷

The villa was comfortable and clean. Lovely elevated view. Had everything needed and comfortable beds. Didn’t use other amenities from the resort so hard to comment on what they were like.
