The perfect home away from home! Watch over the kids enjoying the fun playground and spacious fully fenced yard from the elevated deck while the enjoying a vino and the view beyond to the ocean. Situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach and great cafes it ticks all the boxes for fun family getaways to Mt Maunganui. Please note that the owner resides in the downstairs unit. It is separate from the accommodation and has it's own entrance.

Only 400 metres to the beach and an easy walk to the town centre. Spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Large section allowing vehicles or boat parking and private back yard. Master bedroom with large ensuite and own balcony upstairs. Two more bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining laundry, bathroom and toilet downstairs. Lounge opens out to deck area with gas BBQ. Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

A few steps to a very safe beach. An easy walk or short drive to Whitianga township. NB Bedroom 2 will be changed to Super King from 16 March onwards

There is no road or traffic between your apartment and the beach. It is hard to find a location this good anywhere on the Coromandel Peninsula.
