Vacation rentals in Oneida

This cabin was the best - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean everything! We stayed here to ride trails and the trailhead was 2 mins from house. The house is very secluded with beautiful views and absolutely no traffic. We had 8 people staying with us and had plenty of room. Plenty of towels for all and having the 2 washing machines with dryers was super helpful to keep towels clean! Lana was super quick to respond and sent very detailed instructions to check in and check out. If we are ever on same side of mountains, we will definitely stay here again! If it is available, book it. You will not regret it!

If you want quiet alone time with accessible trails, this cabin is for you. It was clean, comfortable, and inside a gated community. There were walking trails for horses (we walked our dogs) directly from the property. There were multiple trails within 5-20 minutes and 50 plus within 45 minutes. At the cabin, we visited the horses, relaxed from multiple decks attached to the home, and saw the stars with no light pollution. Also, great wifi, and comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. The only caveats/suprises were being only 15 feet from the road with a very small grassy area - I guess I was expecting a yard area where our dogs could be outside? So we just walked them a lot. But the backyard was all lovely forest, so also a positive. The dogs across the street were very protective, so when we were outside with our pooches out front, they barked constantly until we went inside. This was a cozy, secluded area, which was clean, lovely, and felt like home for our week here.

Absolutely wonderful trip. Karin’s cabin was immaculate, and cozy. It was perfect for our trip, and we can’t wait to come back. We are already planning our next trip back. The cabin had everything we needed, plus more. My husband and I visited for a hiking trip. We stopped at the Cumberland Falls State Park on our way, and didn’t get to check-in until 10PM. Karin and Bruce were more than accommodating to our late arrival time. They had the cabin ready to go, and turned the heat on for us. (We were a little wet, and cold from our hike.) The hot tub was a huge bonus to add! It was so nice to relax in after long days of hiking. We also visited Pickett State Park which we highly recommend. It was beautiful, and not too far from the cabin. There is something for everyone here regardless of your trip. If you want to just relax, or visit state parks this is a must stay destination for your trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and getting to meet Karin and Bruce. Wonderful hosts!

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.

Very cute little cabin, surrounded by trees. Very little road noise, never saw another person or car. We loved looking out each window to see trees. Visited in mid-spring and it was cool enough to have a fire outside at night. All essential amenities are in the cabin.

This was a difficult trip for our family; we drove 10 hours to get here (and 12 hours home!) as this is near where our mother is staying in hospice care for end of life care. This place was a sanctuary for us - it was so peaceful and beautiful; it was isolated enough but within 15 minutes to access anything we could need; we felt safe allowing our kids to play outside without fear of dangerous traffic, etc.; it was spacious and super clean, and it had every appliance and amenity you could possibly need to feel at home (the coffee bar is amazing!!!); the beds and pillows were so soft. Stephanie was empathetic, and also proactive with instructions; instructions were clear, detailed, and concise; her quick and clear communication truly allowed this trip to be as anxiety free as it could have been. We felt so comfortable here; this was truly a home away from home for us, and we were so grateful. I would highly recommend their place, it was a 10/10 trip, home, and experience.

Our group absolutely loved staying here! This is our second time staying in this house and it is always a wonderful stay! Close to numerous riding trails, including Brimstone. The house is ALWAYS IMMACULATE! The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and some! We will be visiting again next year!

We had a great stay! This was the perfect house and location for a girls weekend on the lake!! Would love to come back!

This was a wonderful place to unwind. We needed some time away from the chaos of the world!!! This was just what we wanted. Clean, peaceful, beautiful setting. Our host was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast top notch.
