Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tunis

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit Pool in Tunesien. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Besonders der private Pool war ein Highlight und perfekt für entspannte Tage in der Sonne. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sicher, ideal zum Abschalten. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps unterstützt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Je commence par le hôte Aziz qui est très courtois très réactif et discret La villa est magnifique les photos sur le site ne montrent pas tout le caché de la villa en réalité la villa est beaucoup plus belle que sur le site et une très belle surprise La villa est très authentique bien fidèle à son époque tout en offrant un confort un redoutable. Une librairie est à disposition de quoi occuper les grands et les petits quant aux sportifs une belle piscine et un grand terrain pour faire de l’exercice Nous sommes partis à contrecœur à la fin du séjour

Martial nous a récupéré à l'aéroport. Notre avion arrivant le matin Martial nous a laissé occuper le logement avant l'heure prévue ! C'était très appréciable de pouvoir poser nos valises des notre arrivée !! Encore merci ! Nous avons eu le droit au petit plateau de bienvenue (café, thé, pain de mie, beurre ......) ce qui est très gentil ! Le logement correspond aux photos, bien placé au sud de la medina. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le logement était encore plus beau que sur les photos. Tout était conforme à la description, et même au-delà de nos attentes. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, et la piscine, très bien entretenue, a été un pur bonheur sous le soleil. L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et disponible tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a grandement facilité notre expérience. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, tout en profitant d'un cadre exceptionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent à passer un moment de détente et de plaisir. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

We had such a wonderful stay here! The kids loved the foosball table, the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and overall the space is very bright and spacious. We enjoyed the local recommendations and the hosts were very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Un bon séjour

Ce très joli appartement allie le confort moderne au charme des vieilles demeures tunisiennes. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les lits impeccables, l'eau de la douche bien chaude, la terrasse très agréable. L'appartement est situé au coeur de la Médina, les souks sont tout proches et de nombreux taxis traversent à deux pas la place du Gouvernement. L'hôtesse a eu la gentillesse de nous fournir des provisions: eau, beurre, pain, confitures et miel! Avantage supplémentaire: si vous êtes francophone, vous trouverez dans la bibliothèque de nombreux livres sur la Tunisie. Tout est réuni pour un séjour enchanteur!

The apartment is located near the French Consulate and close to Avenue Habib Bourguiba, which is one of the central landmarks of the city of Tunis. Therefore, in my opinion, it is a safe area, even at night. The building’s staircase is in poor condition and urgently needs renovation and cleaning. The apartment is on the top floor — a long and strenuous climb. It has a very pleasant balcony. The rooms are nice, with air conditioning in the living room and an oil heater in the bedroom. The kitchen is functional, although I missed having a microwave. I loved the Delonghi coffee maker.

Logement propre et commode. En plein coeur du centre ville, proche des restaurants, des magasins et du centre historique. je recommande pour y passer quelques jours.

Séjour très agréable, logement bien propre et facile d’accès. Pratique et plus proche de l’aéroport et centre ville. Donia a été exceptionnel et réactive, toujours au petit soin pour s’assurer que tous se passe bien, très serviable. Je recommande fortement et à très bientôt Donia 🙏

The listing was accurate and true to its description. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Medina, making everything easily accessible and providing an authentic experience. Hayfa was an outstanding host. Shortly after our reservation, she introduced herself and assured us she would provide additional details closer to our departure. True to her word, she sent a wealth of useful information that greatly enhanced our trip. Upon arrival, we found a well-organized guide with details about local amenities, which was incredibly helpful. Since we booked our stay during Ramadan, finding food and transport proved to be a challenge at times. However, Hayfa was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay, going above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. I highly recommend this location for those seeking an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay!

Very beautiful small apartment. Everything was clean and in very good condition. Good and quiet location.

Hedi's place is great if you're looking for an easy, reliable, private, calm space. It's best suited for people who have something to do in the city. It's in Lafayette, so there are lots of interesting people around and you also don't feel far from the old Medinah. There are also lots of cafes, fast food joints and two supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is bare but functional, but to be honest I found I would mostly eat out. The bathroom is comfortable. The bedroom was fine and there's some space for storage. The star of the show was the air conditioning unit :) The washing machine is also functional. The host is really kind, flexible, happy to discuss and fix things. From the book collection I'd guess he's a nice person. Compared to the other options available in Tunis, I'm happy with the stay.

Le logement était propre, identique aux photos et très cosy! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Chema. Les restaurants sont à proximités, le logement est bien situé pour visitez un peu partout sans faire trop de route, et un magasin alimentaire se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Le jardin était un vrai plus et nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuné sur la terrasse. De plus, Chema est très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer un prochain séjour dans ce logement.

Houda est très réactive, accueillante et très arrangeante. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans l'appartement. je recommande vivement cette location et serai ravi de revenir lors d'un prochain voyage. Merci pour tout :)

Le séjour c'est très bien passé, Mme Alga est très réactive concernant la communication, elle est très serviable et arrangeante. nous avons pu arrivé plus tôt que prévu et partir plus tard également. nous avons eu un petit soucis d'eau chaude résolu 30min plus tard. Franchement rien à redire. On nous a apporté des petits gâteaux de bienvenu une attention particulièrement appréciable. je tiens vraiment à remercier notre hôte pour tout. Le logement est juste sublime et fonctionnel, on s'y sent vraiment comme chez nous. je recommande vraiment ce logement. Encore mille merci 😊😊
