Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The 60 m 2 apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom, a spacious living room with a kitchen, an anteroom and a balcony. The entire south wall to the sea is in glass so the space has lots of light and with a balcony makes up one space. The apartment is located on the third floor of the house, which is located near the city center (5 minutes pleasant walk along the sea) and from the balcony has an open view of the sea and the islands since the house is located in the first row by the sea.
