Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The house is located 20 m from the sea and the beach. it has 3 bedrooms and a large balcony 3 x 8 m, with open sea view. Each room has a sea view. There is a grill in the yard. There are several restaurants nearby and market for basic necessities. There is olso the beach restaurant and cafe. In the center , 2 km away there is a doctor, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, bank, rafting on the river Cetina, boats for trips to nearby islands, etc.

This beautiful renovated traditional Dalmatian house with a swimming pool offers unforgettable idyllic experience in the surroundings of untouched nature. The central house has a living part with a kitchen and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Right next to the old house, there is a smaller one with one bedroom and a bathroom. By the swimming pool (18m2), there is a gazebo with an additional summer kitchen and BBQ facilities.
