The apartment opens out onto a patio via a double sliding ranch slider to maximise the indoor outdoor flow. There is also a heat pump for your comfort. It is a short walk to Ngamotu golf club, 3 minutes down to the Valley shopping centre and 5 minutes to the CBD. The famous walkway is at the end of the street where you will get some great shots of the mountain through the Te Rewa Rewa bridge.

A semi-detached 2 bedroom apartment overlooking park like surroundings & view of Oakura Beach & the Tasman Sea. A very short walk will have the sand between your toes and/or a dip in the sea. Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage.
