House vacation rentals in Olympos

What a magical place! Both Karpathos and Das Kuehn! We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay during our vacation or a more lovely host. May was so gracious and accommodating, she answered all our questions, assisted with luggage, had items for breakfast, and lent us a cord for charging, she could not have been nicer. Truly above and beyond service. The house itself is fantastic with remarkable views of the sea, an infinity pool, all of the appliances one would need (including a dishwasher and washing machine), comfortable beds, and if you are traveling with others a privacy bedroom. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us, we hope to return down the road, until then enjoy the island magic you have found.

There are no words to describe how AMAZING this place is. Host's are SO SO NICE, and helpful. the place is SO CLEAN, the view is beautiful, private pool was perfect, you have everything you need to have the best vacation. we loved the location, the sunrise that is in front of you every morning, beaches right by, close to the airport, close to shops but you have all the quiet you want and privacy. our room was cleaned everyday, the pool aswell, and it was way better than i could expect! i have been to many places and i know for a fact Ourania's place is the best i have seen. i wish you all to go there and enjoy the perfect holiday, me and my girlfriend came from far away to greece *only to come to Ourania's place*. local people are really nice, its a great island! Thank you guys for the best stay, for all the help you provided and to for letting us stay at your place.

Quando siamo arrivati Dimitris è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato tempo di recuperare l’auto e fare la spesa. Ci ha accolto e ci ha accompagnato a casa illustrandoci tutti i confort e i servizi. Inutile dire che sono stati ben oltre le aspettative. La casa è deliziosa, e sempre perfetta. I letti erano comodissimi. La piscina è un sogno. Ci ha fatto trovare un cestino di benvenuto con prodotti locali. Avevamo a disposizione un ombrellone per le spiagge, gli asciugamani per la piscina, oltre alla biancheria per il bagno, e accappatoi. La cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari per cene estive, e per il barbecue che è a gas. Insomma stare qui è stato bellissimo, non vi svelo tutto perché la cura dei dettagli è altissima e vorrei che i prossimi ospiti provassero la stessa sorpresa che abbiamo provato noi. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e viziati, sarà difficile superare in bellezza e benessere questa settimana! Un grazie speciale a Dimitris, speriamo di tornare presto!

Giannis ist ein äußerst hilfsbereiter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat auf alle Fragen eine freundliche Antwort gehabt, wir als Gäste standen im Fokus seines Tuns. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden, der Pool sauber, und viele Sitz und Verweilmöglichkeiten. Fünf Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt gibt es drei hervorragende Tavernen und zwei Supermärkte. Stränden sind per Auto oder us einfach erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lovely place with traditional furniture in an idyllic, quiet location with an incredible view of the sea. Only some cats and goats can be heared from time to time. On the terrace the shade of an old tree gives cooling in the hottest hours. Be prepared for mosquito attacks. ;) Watching the sunrise from there was one of our highlights. We lacked for nothing. It's a great spot to explore the island, some of the most beautiful beaches are in the surroundings. There is no infrastructure in the area, so a car is really necessary for all errands or excursions. Fotini and Andreas are such kind people and responded quickly as we'd questions or needed something.

Kostis, thank you so much for this beautiful time at your villa ! It’s is an amazing house with everything you need. Quiet und peaceful location with very friendly hosts!! We will definitely come back soon and can recommend a stay here for everyone. If you read this comment, don’t hesitate and book right away ! You will not regret. There are beautiful tavernas in the area and the shop only a free minutes to walk has everything you need. The house offers everything you need and perfect to relax.

Villa bellissima con un panorama mozzafiato, posto molto tranquillo per una privacy assoluta. Unica pecca la strada per raggiungerla un po’ brutta e abbastanza lontano da ristoranti market ecc circa 20 min

Manolis und Rebecca sind großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt, zum Abschied noch ein sehr persönliches Geschenk! Ihre Tipps und Empfehlungen waren allesamt sehr wertvoll. Das Haus ist eines von sehr wenigen alleinstehenden Villen auf der Insel. Ein guter Platz, alles ist gut erreichbar. Der Blick vom Haus aus ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles wirkt neu und hochwertig. Wir haben die geschmackvolle Einrichtung geschätzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Όμορφος χώρος καινούριος και περιποιημένος. Διαθέτει όλες τις βασικές παροχές για κάποιον που θέλει να μείνει μέσα στο σπίτι. Ιδιαίτερα ο χώρος του μπάνιου μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις, πραγματικά υπέροχος. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 άτομα. Τέλος η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και απαντούσε αμέσως δημιουργοντας με αυτόν τον τρόπο μια ταχύτατη επικοινωνία ενώ βοήθησε άμεσα σε οτιδήποτε πρόβλημα παρουσιάστηκε. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Mi hanno risposto subito, Anastasia deliziosa ci ha addirittura aiutato con i bagagli,in un momento propizio! la casa è un gioiellino e offre una pace meravigliosa!

Fabulosa casa tradicional karpatiana en el pueblo de Olympos. Hemos disfrutado del lugar muchísimo. Gracias a John y especialmente a su amable padre.

Επισκεφτήκαμε την περιοχή "Διαφάνι" στη Β. Κάρπαθο κατά την περίοδο του Πάσχα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και ευγενική. Μας απαντούσε άμεσα και μας έδινε επίσης επιπλέον οδηγίες για την ευρύτερη περιοχή και τα έθιμα της Καρπάθου και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος και πολύ καθαρός. Σου έδινε την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι στο σπίτι σου, με ό,τι κανείς μπορούσε να χρειαστεί για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Επίσης υπήρχε άνετος χώρος πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Η περιοχή (Διαφάνι) και η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη και πολύ γραφική, με ένα μικρό λιμανάκι με 2,3 οικογενειακές ταβέρνες και όμορφη παραλία. Επίσης απείχε 8 χιλ. από την γραφική Όλυμπο (15 λεπτά οδικώς). Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την οικοδέσποινα, αλλά και τους κατοίκους της Καρπάθου που ήταν όλοι φιλικοί και προσηνείς. Σύντομα θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε αυτό το υπέροχο νησί!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato a Salla Chiotis per 10 notti e siamo stati molto bene. La casa ha una buona posizione, leggermente in alto rispetto a Pigadia ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e molto tranquilla. L’unica parte migliorabile della casa è la cucina, anche se personalmente non l’abbiamo usata molto. La veranda, invece, è molto piacevole per colazioni e cene. Consigliata!

We liked this carefully restored old house right in the center of the town a lot. The rooms were spacious and the two balconies were perfect for the last glas of wine in the evening. Also, being a family of four, it was nice to have two full bathrooms. The location was perfect, just minutes away from restaurants, shops, taxi station and the ferry port. The bus stop was just 10 minutes away and some 5 minutes further is the town beach to be found. Hence, it is perfect, if you do not rent a car and use taxis and busses to explore the island. We whole-heartedly recommend this house.

Die Unterkunft liegt unglaublich schön am Strand von Fokia und hat sogar einen Zugang zu einem kleinen Privatstrand mit unglaublicher Wasserqualität, der über Stufen zugänglich ist. Die nächste Ortschaft mit Restaurants, Supermarkt und weiteren Stränden ist nahezu in Gehweite. Wir kennen Griechenland sehr intensiv - diese Unterkunft hat es in unsere Top 3 geschafft und wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir hatten ein kleines technisches Problem, das aber einfach passieren kann - Alekos & Alexia haben aber ihr Bestes getan, um dies trotz Wochenende zu lösen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

L alloggio è semplice con l essenziale, forse la cucina potrebbe essere un po’ ampliata ( c’è un solo fornello elettrico) , noi abbiamo optato per piatti poco elaborati e semplici colazioni in casa. Presente aria condizionata solo in camera da letto, nei giorni caldi e senza vento la casa si scalda molto per cui non è consigliato dormire nella stanza piccola . Quando invece c’è vento si sta bene anche senza aria condizionata. Bagno comodo con lavatrice, doccia aperta senza tenda. Patio bello e panoramico anche con possibilità di mangiare all aperto, con la compagnia di simpatici gatti. L host Michele ci ha aiutato in diverse situazioni di difficoltà e ci ha dato ottime indicazioni, risolvendo problemi in maniera ottimale. La taverna che gestisce è fantastica per mangiare ottime specialità, una persona molto cordiale. Grazie Michele e Maria per la disponibilità e la gentilezza, verremo di nuovo a trovarvi!

It's a real gem in Karpathos! Certainly, the best choice! Located in a small village far from the city chaos you will feel the authentic Greek culture! Thanks to Vena and her tips, we have spent the week holiday smoothly and easily. She is a real Super Host! The house is excellent as described: spacious, brand new, fully equipped with all amenities and sparkling clean. A big kitchen where you can cook whatever you want, a dining area with an incredible comfy sofa bed and big flat screen one little bathroom. Upstairs a double bed, a cot and a tv screen. Just outside, we find a great patio with table and chairs and a quiet village view, another separated bathroom plus a fantastic outside shower! All you need and more is here! The temperature inside the house is perfect, no need to switch the AC on even during the heatwave. We felt like home! There are not many words to describe how grateful we are with Vena&Maria, they're welcoming and super kind people. We would definitely stay again!

L'appartamento si trova a finiki, l'unico villaggio di pescatori dell'isola, molto carino e in posizione strategiche per le migliori spiagge. Sono diverse diverse taverne nel paesino, consiglio di mangiare da Kedros, la miglior taverna dell'isola con prezzi modici. La casa in sé è spartana, però accogliente. Segnalo che il bagno non ha finestre né ventole e che la doccia, perfettamente funzionante è semplice.
