You really feel like you are in a paradise with complete privacy. The house is equipped with every comfort and luxury, including a lovely wood-burning stove. Of course, your pet is also welcome. The spacious forest garden is fully fenced behind and next to the house so that your dog can run around. Please do not allow dogs on the bed.

You will stay in an old, completely renovated old primary school from 1948, with large classrooms, beautiful high windows and a blackboard here and there. Classroom 1 has been converted into a rural kitchen, classroom 2 has been transformed into a cozy living room with a giant fireplace + stairs to the loft. In room 3 is the antique older bedroom with its own (walk-in) bathroom. Furthermore, a number of large 1/2 person bedrooms. Unique is the bedstee, loft with home theater and beautiful views of the park!

In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the groynes. In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the charming center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoy the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go out on the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.
