Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to explore the surroundings. The villa has a large garden and a swimming pool to relax between two escapades. Please note that La Villa is not at all suitable for parties.

Joëlle and Fabrice invite you to spend a weekend or longer in a peaceful setting, right in the heart of the Lamotte-Beuvron state forest. The guesthouse is composed of an entrance, a main room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom and an upstairs bedroom (low ceiling height but a lot of charm). The pool terrace area is shared with the owners. Its use by any individual will be subject to prior agreement.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located 6 km from Orléans, 2 km from Olivet, and 2 km from the A 71 tollbooth, I offer my very well-equipped house with a 10-meter heated swimming pool from May 7 to October 6. Parties are forbidden.
