At 1h45 from Paris and 10mn from Orléans by car, it is located near the Loire Castles and at the gateway to the Sologne. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to explore the surroundings. The villa has a large garden and a swimming pool to relax between two escapades. Please note that La Villa is not at all suitable for parties.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This beautiful independent studio of 21 m² is ideally located, quiet, close to the city center and the banks of the Loire. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool 1 hour per day (at the time of their choice) from May to mid-September. 2 bikes are available for you to ride. Shops are close and accessible on foot (supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries...) Parking is available in the courtyard.

Character house dating from the 19th century located in a charming little village on the banks of the Loire. Ideally located in the countryside, 30 minutes from Orléans and in the region of the Loire Castles. You will have a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower (not adjoining the bedroom) In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool (access strictly reserved for guests, unheated), the vegetable garden and the wooded garden.

A detached apartment

Have a pleasant stay in this comfortable accommodation. This 50 m² apartment on the ground floor of an old townhouse has access to public transport. Orléans-les-Aubrais train station is 5 minutes by bus, 15 minutes from the center of Orléans and 60 km from Chambord. The house has a shared garden with pool and barbecue which you will have access to if the weather permits. A games room with billiards, foosball and darts is also available.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Possibility to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (rental impossible for more than 2 adults). All comfort for this new single maisonette. The accommodation is an annex to my main residence, so the pool may be shared if I am present. Please respect the number of people listed on the booking. In a quiet residential neighbourhood, our lovely modern wooden house is waiting for you. Just 500 meters away from the Loire. The very heart of the city of Orleans is within a 10min drive. You will enjoy our living space composed of four lovely bedrooms and our beautiful garden (where there is a trampoline and other games for children and adults)
