Located 6 km from Orléans, 2 km from Olivet, and 2 km from the A 71 tollbooth, I offer my very well-equipped house with a 10-meter heated swimming pool from May 7 to October 6. Parties are forbidden. Out of respect for the neighborhood, outside music is prohibited. The hot tub in a photo is unavailable. Optional bed linens: €15/bed/stay Optional cleaning: €80 !!!! Includes a ground floor (bathroom, kitchen) and a first floor (bedrooms, living room). Not suitable for people who can't climb stairs. 7 km from Orléans. Leclerc supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
