The place exceeded my expectations, simple but super cozy, well located, super clean, facing the Boa Viagem waterfront, with several options to eat near the apartment. The property is worth every penny paid. I also highlight Reginaldo's FRIENDLINESS, AFFECTION, and HOSPITALITY. An enlightened person, with an inner and outer happiness that infects the environment and the people around. I talked to him for 20 minutes, but I felt like spending the whole day chatting! An educated, intelligent person with an indescribable light of his own! I went to spend a day, but I liked it so much that I'll be back soon to stay a few days in the apartment and enjoy the city! The only downfall was that the pool was closed due to construction, but it was described by the host in the rental information and he made recommendations from clubs with swimming pools in the area. Pedro’s apartment is a charming gem nestled in the heart of Recife. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with each item thoughtfully selected to create a harmonious ambiance. During my 16-day stay, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia as I bid farewell. Pedro was an exceptional host, always attentive to my needs. The building’s doorman and general cleaning staff are friendly and highly attentive.

I'm not one to evaluate but in this I made question! The apartment is of very good taste. The view is a spectacle (I caught a full moon that rises from the sea right to the living room window, amazing). The furniture is of excellent taste and the apartment is very cozy. A place that would live easily. Note 10!
