Nice apartment with a beautiful view. Modern building and kind professionals. We did not stay until the end of the stay in the flat because we had a problem, but Gilmar was very kind and promptly solved the problem and relocated us to an apartment in the same building.

House 8, Lucas's house is inside a condominium of many identical houses, it is not a private house but has a very nice neighborhood. The doormen Léo and Galego are very helpful, and Lucas himself is very good at solving any problem. The private pool is very nice to be in the barbecue area. The house is airy and all air-conditioners work well and electric showers. It has solar panels, which is really cool. The place is very quiet, family-friendly and safe, offering a perfect environment to rest. It has a very large common area of the condominium with a leisure area, swimming pools, playground, volleyball court and access to the beach. It even has a fenced area of the beach that is very safe for children. Great place to be with family in the summer!

The apartment is very nice!

I spent 10 days in the flat and felt right at home. Everything was clean, Juliana was attentive and very flexible to help us. The beautiful view and the super polite building staff One addendum, it only has one pot and one frying pan so it would be great if there were more pots and containers. The beach is clean and quiet.

The accommodation is beautiful and super cozy, with a very good tasteful decoration. Host Zara was very kind and solicitous, including releasing an early check in that was essential for me since I arrived in Recife at 7:30 am. The view of the apto is beautiful and it is already worth hosting. For sure, it would return.

I really liked the place, very quiet, the house is as advertised. Everything was clean and organized. Dona Maria da Glória is very nice and always available to answer any questions. We'll definitely be back again and again.

The stay was great, Flávia was always available to answer our questions, regarding the room the view was impeccable, extremely cozy room, clean, air conditioning working perfectly, full kitchen and working too, strong shower and hot water. It was very worthwhile, my boyfriend and I loved it.

The Host Paulo is super attentive, communicative. The apartment is excellent, modern, with all the necessary utensils for family accommodation. Best host communication in all my Airbnb experience! I never met Elaine in person, but through the messages she was there for me the whole time and gave me a warm and welcome feeling. The flat is lovely, has a great view and a range of seating options you can choose depending on your mood and the view you want (loved the hammock!). The aircon works well and the kitchen has all you need. The area is beautiful and quiet. It’s a little walk to the nearest supermarket though (about 15 min). Great swimming pool and roof terrace upstairs. The gym on the roof is a little basic and gets super hot (no air con), but it allows to do some simple upper body workouts and has some cardio equipment too. The building has a laundry, which was super useful. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe there. Thank you for everything, Elaine!
