The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, in front of Boa Viagem beach. It was all very clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped. Vilma is an excellent host! I highly recommend.

Very good stay, José was very helpful and was willing to help at any time. It was a pleasure to spend the carnival in its accommodations.

I rented the apartment for my parents and they simply loved it, the description is totally true, the location is very good, it has everything nearby. The apartment was very clean, especially the bed linen, which was very clean and fragrant.

My stay was very good. Adriana was very helpful, suggesting beaches to enjoy. The apartment is very beautiful, organized and clean! It has an excellent location, in a quiet area and close to everything (beauty salon, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Piedade beach). There was nothing to be desired. Adriana left clean towels and a hygiene kit (soap and shampoo). The place is well-equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you can think of using. I only stayed 2 nights, but I enjoyed the space and, returning to Recife, this apartment will certainly be on my list of choices.

Everything was perfect, from the first contact to the check-out. The apartment is well-equipped, beautiful and functional. There are many things to do nearby, there is a market 3 minutes away on foot. We really enjoyed our stay, we intend to return and we recommend it!

The view of the property is indescribable and Octacílio is an extremely proactive host, very attentive and concerned with all the details, as well as with our well-being. It was a very comfortable two weeks, the place is great, well located, safe condominium, super nice people, the host was super nice and polite, had a list of places that were nearby, and always responded to what was necessary. Complete, well-equipped and organized space.

It was wonderful, the view is really indescribable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There's a market and a gym on the roof, too. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach bar with snacks, a charming old church and McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist attractions such as Ground Zero by Uber. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quickly if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. It made up for every minute!

we were in Brazill for 4-1/2 months and this was, without doubt, the nicest apartment that we rented. Good neighborhood, big and spacious living area, good beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and huge TV. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

Well located, close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Beautiful view (exactly as shown in the photos). The apartment was spotlessly clean, with new furniture and fragrant linens. An excellent option for those who want to spend a few days in Recife with an excellent cost-benefit. In addition, check-in was flexible, depending on availability, and the host was very helpful, even recommending tourism companies and amenities that were not listed in the rental.

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very receptive and clear in the information provided. The house is very good, better in person than in the photos (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have a view of it. One single detail (for me and my guests) that was missing: Blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it ends up becoming a little inconvenient to always be woken up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early because of the light. Even so, 5 stars for the whole context.

Super organized, just like the photos. Hosting is well worth hosting.
