The apartment is large and very well located, near the Thermas dos Laranjais water park. Located on the 14th floor, the property is excellent, with two air-conditioning appliances, a pleasant balcony and a spacious bathroom, equipped with a high quality shower. The condominium offers complete infrastructure, with heated pools and a top-notch bar and restaurant service. The environment is very familiar, being ideal for those traveling with young children or teenagers, as it has a recreation team dedicated to children's activities. In addition, in the evening, there are live musical performances on a stage located in the center of the pool, providing a special touch of entertainment and sophistication to the stay.

Kleber from the first moment of the reservation always answered my questions very quickly, always polite and friendly. The apartment has a visit to the Thermas dos Laranjais and the services in the surroundings are great: the hotel is very close to McDonald's, supermarkets and other restaurants, and just below, next to the hotel lobby is a King Burger. The apartment is identical to the photos, very comfortable. The only bad point of the hotel is that in the very high season (Christmas and New Year week) the pools were very crowded and dirty (but this is not about the accommodation, but with the structure of the hotel). Overall, I highly recommend it. The kids loved it.

The stay was great, the house is simple and functional, away from the noises of the city and in a quiet place. The water is from well, and it is very good. It has very birdy, green and a balcony with very nice barbecue. It is important to have a car there, as the house is far away to walk to the city's shops. Another cool thing is that on the site there is a nursery of seedlings, so my family and I bought several plants before leaving.

My stay was wonderful! Silmara is always ready to answer and assist, her husband, also a dear, went there to help me with the pool. It was all great, clean, organized, spacious home. Super flexible check-in and checkout. The hostess even left a welcome message with a box of chocolates, how sweet! I'll definitely be back more often! 🥰

Very comfortable house, cozy spaces, well planned, complete for rest and fun with heated pool, barbecue and freezer. The 2 suites are perfect for travel with friends and still have your individuality with your family. The shower is amazing, the bed is wonderful, I woke up every day rested, feeling like I really had a great night's sleep. Perfect vacations! Perfect house and highly recommend!! About Renan's service: from the booking exceeded my expectations. City Council sent all the necessary information to be able to plan for peace of mind our trip, including information about markets. It literally went beyond his service, where we had a problem during a tour (no relation to the house) and he offered to pick us up in the city center (it was + 11pm). I am completely satisfied with the accommodation, they were amazing days with my family. Bruno was very attentive whenever necessary, guided me and responded to me quickly and politely. The resort is great next to the park, not to mention the variety of activities offered, a great pool with hot water where we enjoyed ourselves until late after returning from the park. Very polite and helpful staff, the resort itself was full because the days were high season but nothing hindered our fun and even with high demand requests such as drinks, food and room service were met quickly, always providing a pleasant and comfortable environment. I highly recommend it and we will return more often.

The only problem is the totally inconvenient and insistent sales representatives in the hotel corridors, who approach guests to try to offer real estate investments in other hotels in the chain
