I stayed at the hotbeat suites and it was an incredible experience, exclusive access to the park with payment of a family fee directly at the reception of 99 reais a day. At night, there is the Guarani village with very nice attractions and restaurants. It is worth mentioning that you do not need to leave the space for anything as it has everything inside. Grocery store, fitness center, kids space, delays in the pool, game room and restaurants. Meire is an excellent hospitable host and very quick to answer questions. Very honest. Considering that I had problems with other hosts who, when I tried to make the reservation, said that the price was wrong and considerably increased the value. In other words, they use the platform to attract guests and try to close deals with other values. If you experience this, please report it as it harms those who work with respect and honesty on the platform. I will definitely come back and wish Meire all the best in the world. 👏👏

The host was super attentive, always answering my questions quickly. The hotel is wonderful, has an excellent structure, impeccable cleanliness and is close to the city's water parks, bars and restaurants.

The place is simply wonderful, space as described, activities, concerts, games every day for adults and children in the pool space, at the door of the Thermas dos Laranjais park, main avenue with several restaurants for all pockets and varieties and inside the resort too, I can't wait to return.

All impeccable, we recommend it to everyone , the place is extremely beautiful !

Cordial host, responds quickly. The place is very nice, especially for children, recreation team gives show, several warm pools. Only the toy library that is limited to children up to 4 years old could improve. May have other toys for larger children in a covered area as well. Outside this detail, everything was perfect, even with rain. I recommend it.

Paulo is a nice person, he gave all the information well explained. I highly recommend it, man, a lot of good people.

Ellen's apartment is perfect! matches the description and photos. Clean, organized apartment. Really, my wife and children and I felt at home. Super indicated by me and my family. Apartment equal to the listing. Contrary to what I saw in some comments, it had all the kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and even pots. Wonderful shower, quality bed and bath linens. The host responds quickly and met all our requests for flexibility both at check-in and checkout. The pool in the building is very hot, we didn't even go to the park, we just stayed there. We will definitely return more often!
