A very flexible and pleasant welcome by Rita who makes herself available very quickly. She's really very kind. The accommodation is clean and offers useful properties for a beach holiday. It's very well equipped. The location is top. Very pleasant exchanges before and during the stay. Access to the building is easy and parking is totally free. There are a wide range of restaurants and stores close by. Thank you very much for the welcome and for the always very kind exchanges. If I return to the Algarve I will most certainly stay in the same place. It was a pleasure to meet you ☺️

We stayed a week in this home that we recommend at all levels!!!! Flawless apartment both for cleanliness and for equipment. Very well located, in the heart of the old town, and two streets from the liveliest streets! The hosts were charming and accommodating. We will keep this address for a new stay in Albufeira. The apartment is nicer in real life than in the photos. Well equipped, well decorated and you feel at home. Beautiful green and quiet environment. Pleasant for children and adults. Beautiful community atmosphere. Clean pool is within walking distance of the apartment. The car is a must to discover the surroundings. Faro Airport is less than 40 minutes away. Elisabeth was very kind and attentive. Recommended + ++ this place!!

Perfect place to stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is simply unbeatable – quiet yet central. The equipment is great, there was really nothing missing. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kept atmosphere – here you immediately feel comfortable. The host was extremely nice, very friendly and flexible. He took great care of everything and regularly asked if we needed anything. A great service that you can't find everywhere! We can only recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back! The place was well described and in ideal location for the marina and golf courses.

The second visit to Mr. Goncalves' apartment and like the first time everything was perfect: clean house and all the things available inside the house for a proper stay. Communication with the host is in a short time and the host is friendly.

A modern space with lots of windows and doors. Very secure. Quiet, even though close to abundant night life. Good views, and overall really comfortable and spacious.

Lovely apartment, loads of space and very comfortable. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk to fabulous restaurants and very walkable to the fabulous Praia Grande beach with its cafes and restaurants.

Having visited alvor for over 15 years, staying in lots of different accommodations, many also with everything you need, the penthouse is truly on another level, pardon the pun! It was absolutely perfect for us 4 golfer's ,the views are indeed, spectacular to say the least. The whole experience was well worthy our expectations, thanks again, phil ,Dave, alan, and ronald, looking forward to seeing it next year.

Very clean and stylish apartment with lots of modern lighting options and a large comfortable bed. Access to a private jacuzzi was amazing and the complex also has multiple pools which was great. Would highly recommended staying here

The place corresponds to the advertised. Renovated flat with all necessary amenities. It was only two nights, we did not cook but had the necessary items to do so.

Tiago was an amazing host, provided clear instructions about how to find and get in and out of the apartment. It was clean and had great amenities. Great location right by the beach and easy to reach any restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
