Peaceful cottage E8 nearby.

Easy and fast accommodation in the peace of nature, 500 m from the highway. The cottage has just been renovated, cleaned, and equipped with new appliances. Downstairs there is a living room and a sleeping alcove. Upstairs, one space with sleeping space for four people. Sauna, shower and toilet have their own entrance. Olhavanjoki is less than 100 meters away, where you can swim or fish on the natural beach. It is nice to walk along the cottage road, for example, to Olhava's Paussi for refreshments. Sheets, etc. are included in the price only for bookings of three nights.

Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.
