Très bel et grand appartement au dernier étage d'une résidence de deux étage et géré par une agence locale. L'accès des plages se fait à pied sans trop d'efforts. L'agence a mis en place un site internet en anglais avec toutes les informations requises pour accéder au logement et utiliser les équipements. Une place de parking est disponible.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel; l’appartement est très bien équipé, parfait pour 3 adultes . L’environnement est très qualitatif, la piscine grande et agréable . La résidence est bien située avec un accès rapide à la marina. L’arrivée et la récupération des clés se sont parfaitement passé, l’équipe de l’accueil est très professionnelle. Miguel a été très réactif et à répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Bref , tout était optimum pour profiter d’Albufeira et de l’Algarve , région magnifique.

Die Kommunikation mit Mathieu verlief von Anfang an sehr freundlich, schnell und reibungslos. Check in und Check out erfolgten über die Rezeption der Anlage innerhalb weniger Augenblicke, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Apartment had everything you might need including a whole cupboard full of herbs and spices! Lovely pool, always loungers available by the pool - pool was never too busy despite a staying peak season. Easy (if you don’t mind steps) 10 minute walk to the Roman bridge. Would definitely stay again.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich ausgestattet (alles da was man braucht). Die Anlage befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend und ist angenehm ruhig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, aber man kann problemlos an den Hafen oder Strand laufen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben viel gesehen. João ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit. Danke.

We had an amazing stay at João’s lovely home! The flat was spacious, clean and had two lovely balconies (one protected from the wind completely!). The location was also amazing - 2 minute walk from the beach and beside lovely restaurants. I would have no hesitation in returning!

A estadia foi muita boa. chegamos para fazer o check in, o apartamento já estava pronto, a senhora da recepção muito educada. O apartamento estava limpo, e com um cheiro muito agradável. Piscinas extremamente limpas. Lugar muito familiar. Tivemos um pequeno problema, pois o apartamento ao lado estava a ser remodelado, e fomos acordados as 8:00 da manhã com um barulho muito forte, como se tivesse a reforma dentro do nosso apartamento. Estávamos bem cansados, e esperávamos dormir um pouco mais, o que não foi possível. Contactámos o Sr. Nuno, que prontamente nos respondeu, e foi muito solicito em resolver o problema. A localização é boa, lugar tranquilo, mas não é perto das praia de Albufeira. 19 minutos de carro até o centro de Albufeira, 9 minutos até a praia mais próxima, que não achei lá essas coisas... Como estávamos de carro, e já sabíamos a distância que teríamos de percorrer, isso não foi um problema pra nós. Eu recomendo vivamente Vilas Barrocal.

Great place to stay for a relaxing break. Apartment right next to pool so you don’t need to go looking for sun beds. Inside apartment was clean and has everything you need. Thank you Willem your communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

The apartment was fully equiped, which was easier for me to settle here for the week. Great location, the best restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The beach is also in a walking distance, also trainstation and shops. The apartment was nice and clean, we have also enjoyed the chill on the rooftop. The nights in March were still a bit cold so warmer clothes inside the house is recommended since there is heating only thorough the A/C.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

Eine absolute Empfehlung ! Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern dort. Man lebt zwischen einheimischen und das ist super toll, alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu erwähnen ist der freundliche Vermieter der Wohnung, der uns sogar portugiesischen Teilchen gebracht hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (außer Salz) ;) sogar Handtücher werden gestellt und dass reichlich. Super bequeme Betten und die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt im Sommer sehr erleichtert. Einmal die Woche kommt eine Putzfrau die alles saubermacht und die Bettwäsche wechselt. Kommuniziert wird über einen Messenger wo man immer direkt eine Antwort bekommt. Alles im ganzen sind wir alle sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 😌

My parents had a wonderful stay at Aquamar. The apartment was very well furnished and clean. The location is amazing. Very close to shops and restaurants in the marina yet in a quiet and peaceful area away from the crowds. Will definitely be back!

Antonio's place is fantastic. A great location, beach is 5 min stroll away, the pools in the complex are fantastic. The location is quiet with lovely restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket 5mins stroll away also. Antonio was great to respond and helpful with questions on the first day settling in. The apartment is spacious and very clean and comfortable and the area is very safe with 24hr security right across from the apartment. We will definitely be back again!
