We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Beautiful, modern, well-designed apartment with top of the line appliances. Very comfortable place. Good location, great views from the terrace. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive host. Regina was easily reachable and always quick to be helpful with questions or issues.

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

We had a great stay 😊 Cindy and Sergio were on hand to ensure we got to the Airbnb easily and arranged for an early check in. We were left with various snacks, fruit, water and juices which was brilliant with a 6 year old. The area was close to the ferries and cafes/restaurants.

Ideal house to spend a week in the Algarve, a few meters from a great beach to relax, quiet and well-connected area. The house was quite clean and had all kinds of amenities, we would come back without hesitation.

The house is equipped with everything you may need. Excellent cleanliness. Brian, he informed us very well of everything; supermarkets, beaches...etc. Our stay was very comforting. Definitely a place we'll recommend.

The place is really very nice. You have sea views from every floor and the garden. The photos really don't promise too much! The most amazing is the evening view from the roof terrace. The house is not only tastefully furnished, but also had the necessary utensils (some salt, oil, tea, coffee, detergent, dishwashing detergent…) that you otherwise always have to buy right away. There are even two umbrellas and beach chairs to spend an optimal beach day. Maria welcomed us warmly and provided us with good tips for the area. There were always only a few other guests in the pool in the complex. That was also very pleasant. The house is in a very quiet location, so at night you only hear the chirping of the crickets. At the same time, however, this also means that a car is recommended to drive to the supermarket, restaurants or one of the great beaches in the area. Check-out was just as straightforward as check-in.

Inês was quite communicative and available before, during, and after our stay. The house was in line with expectations and is close to the beach and the central area of Altura. It has a good space and plenty of entertainment options. In general, we liked it very much and recommend it!

Rui was a great host. Always responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was quiet but walkable to where all the action was. Very clean pool area and patio as well.

I loved the accommodation where I stayed for 7 days with my daughter, the house is well located and super equipped. I have no words to describe how incredible Mr. Carlos was, very friendly, patient and always available. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Everything was perfect.

have stayed in this complex before, apartment exactly as described. Rita was friendly, helpful and very responsive to any questions. was especially thankful that Rita happily spent 25minutes on the phone to fix the AC remote (prior guest unpaired) and didn't leave until it was resolved -very appreciative of that. lovely stay and great hosts, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

we found it was complicated to enter the apartment but once we figured out how it worked, then it was correct. The apartment is as in the photos and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Everything was very clean, modern and spotless. The beach is a short walk away and all restaurants too. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed on site for four nights. The location is a little outside, which we consciously wanted, a little away from the hustle and bustle. Ricardo always responded in no time, always reachable. Unfortunately, the pool was waited, which we only learned upon arrival, but Ricardo has no influence on that. The small supermarket is also very convenient and we could buy baked goods there every morning. Apartment very clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Door from the bathroom difficult to close, sometimes not at all. Maybe you could replace these here. overall a nice stay :)

Lovely 2 bed apartment in the old town. Spotlessly clean and fantastic communication to facilitate a last minute booking. Ana, who manages the complex, and her husband, were super responsive to any of our questions or needs. As others have highlighted, the large terrace which is not overlooked by anyone is pretty special and the flat is very homely and stylish. Just to note that the shower issues mentioned in previous reviews were not an issue anymore - the shower worked very well with no issues!

This is our second time staying at Katrina’s apartment and it felt like coming home. The long balcony gives you space to eat outside or to dry clothes. Katrina has thought of everything- from beach chairs and towels to a large rain umbrella which was quite useful as the weather was quite dreadful for a week or two. However, we took advantage of the heated pool that we have access to as well as the in site restaurant and bar and I look forward to returning next year.

Irina was super nice and always quickly available if you had any questions. The place looks exactly like the pictures and I immediately felt at home. Everything is within walking distance: supermarket, restaurants and the beach. I absolutely recommend staying at Irina's place!☺️
