BETWEEN LAND & SEA: new accommodation, close to the sea (walking distance to the beach, 700 m) in a rural environment, surrounded by vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), quiet and relaxation assured! Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young child (2 years max). 800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. La Cotinière on foot through fields, bike paths from 300 meters, the stop for our "special beach" summer shuttle 200 meters away. Quiet, the donkey farm is a nice starting point for discovering the island.
