Vacation rentals with breakfast in Oldham County

Kristie’s place was perfect for our weekend get away with friends. There were 7 of us that stayed very comfortably. The house was very clean and well kept! Kristie left great notes for us and kept in touch if we needed anything. We were within walking distance to the Zoo and a quick 7 min trip to downtown. It was the perfect location.

Great place to stay for a sporting event. Close to everything. Neighborhood is a little off, as it’s not in a beautiful, pristine neighborhood or anything, but it was great. Will consider staying here again if we return for the same event.

A beautiful home that is well designed, intentional, and flavorful in the best way. Art everywhere both inside and out, family photos, excellent décor, an entire room dedicated to feats of baseball, and a master bedroom dedicated to feats of... love. Right like it says on the pillow. Hosts were super communicative, helpful and easy to work with, don't be intimidated by the rules and regulations sheet. Yes, it's longer than a Tolkien manuscript but it is entirely reasonable and ultimately you are dealing with good nice humans who don't want people doing 360 kickflips off their hot tub deck while shooting off fireworks. Pro tip: If you use the hot tub in the morning and you are chill about it, you might see a Cardinal and/or a Blue Jay in the nearby trees 🐦

Dave was great as a host. He was very receptive of any feedback we had for him. While we were there, storms dislodged a storm drain and caused leaks in the main room. Dave got a contractor out the next morning and got a tarp on the roof to relieve the problem. The communal areas in the house were great. Be cautious of the top floor room ceilings as they are not meant for taller people.

Everything was clean and we had an amazing time in the pool. We loved this place so much we will be visiting again.

Nice home, pictures were very accurate. Fire pit out back was great too. Host was very nice & accommodating , got locked out due to losing a key & he was there in 20 minutes to let us in. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in this charming home. The location is wonderful in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We attended a multiday event at the Expo Center, and it was quick and easy to drive back and forth.

Great location to restaurants (Outcast - my fave) , very walkable to shopping in downtown New Albany. Bed is super comfy, bathroom clean and stocked with useful items. Sink is wee small, but there is a full length mirror in bedroom that I used for applying makeup and contact lenses. Had a little trouble finding my unit number in my reservation but the host was very responsive.

Brooke was super proactive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she addressed them immediately and assisted us. Place was so clean and spacious with many high quality sleeping areas. Will book again next year if we have the chance!

Absolutely loved the stay here! It was just like the description and the photos. We stayed for a weekend as a business trip and couldn’t have been happier with the stay! Clean, walking distance to many restaurants, and wonderful location. We will definitely stay here again should we be back in town!

We had a very pleasant stay. The city is very convenient for pedestrians, and the Saturday farmers market was outstanding. There was ample parking; even though we visited during a music festival, there was still plenty of parking available. The apartment was very clean, with good Wi-Fi, and there were nice restaurants nearby.

Amy was a great host! She was so friendly and hospitable, and a great cook! It was nice to have a homemade breakfast on the porch. The bed was very comfortable too. We would be happy to stay here again.

Easy check in. Private room with key to the door. For the guests an area with a variety of tea and coffee and herbs for tea. Includes a microwave. Also, included was fresh fruit with a variety of cereal choices. Very inviting, the decor looked like something out of a magazine. Outdoor garden area with patio, ducks, cats and plenty of places to lounge and relax. Would like to lodge there again. Awesome host!

Tamyra continues to provide an incredibly clean and welcoming space. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and each time everything has been easy, clean, and incredibly quiet. This is my go to airbnb when traveling to the area for work!

Lovely place to stay with great history. Great hospitality and breakfast in the morning. We were so sad to only be here for a quick night, we'd love to come back!

We were only here for one night; we came later in the evening and left early in the morning. Larry and their 4 wearied greeted us and showed us around, and then we were able to get a good nights rest in the quiet and comfortable room. The pictures do not do it justice, the room was beautiful, as was the rest of the house. Would love to stay again and spend more time enjoying the house and the area.

This was our first B&B experience and Regina set a high standard. Her B&B was beautiful and we felt right at home with her welcome. Regina’s breakfast was delicious, and the best food we’ve had in Kentucky. Highly recommend Regina’s B&B, we will return when we come back to KY. Thank you for everything Regina!
