Great property and friendly staff, awesome location to enjoy Vaca

Fantastic place down the street from the Kierland Commons. Located a couple of blocks from a golf course, the place and neighborhood is beautiful. We loved the backyard - such fun for the kids to play several yard games. The hot tub was great and easy to open and close. The place is modern and has everything you can possibly need. Great iron and ironing board and big closets to store suitcases. The host was immediately responsive when we had a question about the WiFi. The host also went above and beyond by sending me an item I left through the mail the very next day. I highly recommend this place - it is a gem in the beautiful Scottsdale area.

We had a fantastic time at this rental! The house was cozy and inviting and super well-stocked. Jess was a very responsive host, checking in and out was simple, and the digital guidebook was so helpful.

Great location and the house was as described. It was great to have three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. That left the fourth bathroom dedicated to the fourth bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked. We think it is a great practice to leave behind condiments and other useful items. Paul, the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Brad was responsive and helpful. His home was incredibly clean, and the amenities were fantastic. My partner and I had such a relaxing stay. I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

This is not my first time staying at Tom's beautiful home, and I can easily say that his hospitality is unparalleled. The property is an oasis. It is stylish yet very functional for families. The location has the best of what old Phoenix has to offer. The backyard is filled with birds singing, beautiful trees, and soft breezes. This is a place where someone could write their first novel or work or just figure out what they are going to do with the rest of their life. He treats every person who stays here like family, yet provides support from a distance. I always feel welcome and safe, which is an important distinction. But what makes staying with Tom so remarkable is… Tom :-). His warmth, compassion, and care are extraordinary. I've also had the opportunity to observe him with his neighbors and family, and you can see that this is genuinely who he is. It is equally important to acknowledge how unique Tom is, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to know him!

This duplex in Roosevelt Row was convenient for us. We knew we’d be driving all over the Valley, so it was centrally located. We traveled with two young kids, and the pullout couch worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The private backyard patio was nice to have, too. Flour was a fun coffee/pastry stop down the street, and we could have walked to Pizzeria Bianco. We’ll def look for this spot again on future trips!

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

We are repeat guests and always appreciate the comfortable accommodations, quiet of the neighborhood and excellent location being so close to all the amenities of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley.

Cathy’s place was perfect for our spring break explorations to the Petrified Forest and various Phoenix sites. We loved relaxing in the backyard oasis in the mornings. We’d highly recommend Cathy’s place!

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful week long stay here. The neighborhood was quaint, quiet and close enough to Olde Town that we were able to walk just about everywhere. The master bed was also so comfortable, we slept great. Would definitely stay here again!

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

Charles's place was a nice sized studio that had the amenities you would expect from an Airbnb for the price of a hotel. Nice big bathroom, decent kitchenette with all the tools and even a washer/dryer which was really convenient. Could easily stay here a night or a month and you would be comfortable. Charles was friendly and made sure I had everything I need. Easy access to public transport options, freeways and downtown Tempe. Would stay here again!

Great space for a small group! The pool and patio were great for our day in the sun. It was perfect to get to any bar or restaurant quickly. Everything was easy to find and the host was very responsive. Overall great stay!

Everything was as described. Comfortable and clean, kitchen was well set up. Everything we needed.

Had a great stay! Loved the pool. Lots of towels and felt roomy even with sleeping 7 people. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by. You could find just about anything within 12 minutes.

Amazing... This property is such a great find. We are a bigger family, 8 of us total, and this home was wonderful, our kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Plus it is locally centered with a Walmart Supercenter less than a mile away. Which made it easy to do shopping and feeding the whole family without breaking the bank. I absolutely fell in love with this place if it was available to buy, I would've lol... The absolute perfect vacation spot for a family. Thank you for having us. Next time we head to Phoenix for another Baseball Tournament we will definitely be hitting Janet up. Your the best Janet!!! Thanks again for having us and providing a beautiful place for us create everlasting memories with our family.

Danielle’s place is exactly what is advertised. The backyard is beautiful and the pool is a huge bonus! Everything was super clean and comfortable. Danielle was very accommodating with an early check in. Will definitely stay here again!

This house was clean and had great amenities - loved the pool table and the pool! So nice to go for a dip on the hot days. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other helpful items. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable - a block from an elementary school and a very nice walking/bike path through. Close to many amenities including golf courses, and centrally located for access to Tempe, Phoenix, and Mesa. Recommend Kokopelli Golf Course for a hilly course and nice experience. Overall a great place to stay and we enjoyed our week very much.
