Apartment vacation rentals in Old Town Scottsdale

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

We really enjoy staying at Joseph’s place! He’s a great Host & very receptive to guests. We LOVE everything about his “hip & chic” condo!😍 It’s so unique & even better in person, just feels like home w/ a big, cozy couch & color changing firebox, beneath a huge flat screen TV. The older complex is well maintained w/ beautifully manicured grounds, a large inviting pool & separate hot tub area. It’s an awesome location near Old Town Scottsdale & we had a blast walking to the quaint shops, pubs & restaurants.🍻This was our 2nd time & we’re already planning our next visit:)😊😎 Thank you Joe for sharing your gem w/ us!!🙌

The place looks exactly like the pictures and everything is as described. Location is great with many restaurants nearby. Hosts are very kind and responsive. The only minus thing about this place would be the soundproofing but overall is great! I definitely recommend booking this home.

I had a wonderful stay at Liana’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Liana was incredibly kind and responsive—check-in was super easy, and she made sure I felt welcome right away.

Mark was super accommodating, we were able to get in early and he communicated well. Would stay again!

about the charge,,,,not Rhonda's fault. airbnb charged me extra for going past 1month. it took Rhonda to help me communicating with airbnb. me on my own was difficult if not impossible to even find airbnb's main number. I WAS NOT HAPPY fortunately Rhonda's place was great and easily the most convenient of any condo in the area.. and I've been doing this in Scottsdale for 35years

The Nest is a cozy and comfortable studio apartment. It is close to everything you need on a daily basis such as Downtown Scottsdale, AZ Biltmore Estates, Tempe Market Place, and more. There are many places to play and learn nearby such as the Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Garden, Phoenix Science Center, and more. The neighborhood is very safe. During the day, there are many residents walking their dogs, and they always say hello. We walk every morning and chat with others. There is a walking trail along a canal nearby, leading to downtown Scottsdale. Mary, the host, is very friendly and caring. She always thinks about what we need and makes it available. We actually became friends after 2 months here. Thank you so much Mary! We are already planning to come back again.

Ideal location near the Biltmore shopping, perfect for a quick visit to see my daughter in college!

We had a fantastic stay in Scottsdale at Roger & Matty's place. It had everything we needed for a little remote-work-getaway in AZ, and the location is perfect for accessing all that the area has to offer. We were able to ride our bikes into old town, drive out to different paddleboarding spots, and a few quick ubers into Phoenix for nightlife activities. Everything was just as described, and the condo has pretty much everything you could need as far as kitchen & bathroom are concerned -- we especially loved all the spices in the cabinet, and the little blender for afternoon smoothies! The only thing I might have liked to know in advance is that the pool isn't really conducive for much... no loungers, not a lot of space, and nowhere to hang out... not sure what the purpose of it actually is, but I would say if a great pool is high on your priorities list, this one might not do it for you. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Tim's place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. He even went out and got me a coffee pot for my stay! TIm's place was comfortable and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stay here.

My experience at this Airbnb was fantastic! Ruben is very responsive and friendly, place is very clean, nice, had all essentials everything you need. Highly recommend!! Will be telling all my friends and family to stay here. No complaints, Thank you soo much Ruben! 😊

This place was very cozy and exactly as described . Very nice outdoor area and beautiful scenery. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen on a vacation . Great location and lots to do nearby .

Angie’s place was just as pictured. Extra amenities greatly appreciated- washer/dryer/supplies for laundry & cooking. Towels/sunscreen for pool areas. Easy in/out of condo. Bed & pillows were very comfortable- slept very well! Didn’t use the 2nd bedroom/office but looked to have great amenities for remote working including printer/other office supplies. Patio area off dining area was good for listening to the birds, relaxing. Angie quickly replied to questions we had before & after arrival - within minutes.

Great spot with a great host! Close to everything but just out of the way enough to be quiet.

The place was perfect! It was comfortable and had a lot of amenities. The condo was clean and spacious. Julia and Billy were very proactive, responsive, and friendly. The neighbors were friendly. I don't have one complaint. I will be visiting Phoenix regularly and will book this place again if it is open.

This was our second time staying in this condo while we visited nearby family. Everything about it was excellent, as we anticipated. It was very clean, had a well-supplied kitchen, a lovely view from the balcony, a nice pool and hot tub and nearby walking paths. Stores and restaurants were just a short drive away. We would recommend this property to others and hope to stay there the next time we come back to the area.

For a first time being in Arizona this spot was perfect. I love the kitchen opened up to the living room so you can watch tv while cooking if you wanted to. The bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable. Most of all loved the washer and dryer in the apartment (if you know the struggle of laundromat’s you know). The host were very attentive and i loved that they had activities you can pay to do. Overall they made my boyfriend and I experience great and would definitely book again :)

Due to road closures, unclear instructions, been late at night and fatigue, it did take a while to find the right building. Once we did, we have a great time! We enjoyed the pool and the patio area. The apartment was clean. It is located within walking distance of the market, coffee shop, gas station and the entertainment district, between other businesses. We truly recommend staying here!

We had such a great stay at Tikos! The location was absolutely perfect—right by the lake and beautiful walking paths, which made for peaceful mornings and stunning evening strolls. The suite itself couldn’t have been in a better spot—just steps from the pool and common area, which made relaxing and socializing super convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was styled so tastefully—it really felt like a boutique retreat. We also appreciated how well-equipped the suite was with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was a great bonus and had everything we needed for a solid workout. One of our favorite details was the record player—it added such a cozy, personal touch to the experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, well-appointed place in a perfect location.

Excellent location, access to the unit and parking was a bit unclear but the host was very responsive and everything was cleared up quickly. We were able to access the unit earlier which we appreciated. Would stay again.
