Waterfront vacation rentals in Old Naples

We really liked the house and location at the end of the street. House was very clean and newly renovated , updated with any amenities that we needed! Beds were very comfortable! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This was our first time using Airbnb so we were not familiar with the process. Matt was amazing and helpful from the beginning to end. Everything that could ever need is already there. House was amazing, well maintained and clean. Nice pool very clean, everyone is friendly and very secured place. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will absolutely be visiting again. I definitely plan on booking here again! The area was nice and the home was even nicer. If you are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend this one! :)

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

Alan was a great host. Very responsive. The furniture was great. Especially for a guy with a bad back. Clean, peaceful, and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful resort. Workout facility was excellent. We will be coming back.

We loved everything about our stay at Josh’s place, unit I152. And Josh was an amazing host with great communication. The condo unit itself was great and delivered on all promises of comfort detailed in the listing. Spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, and convenient WiFi and tv. And loved the screened in patio with views of the pond and palm trees. We felt like at home from the second we rolled in. The Park Shore Resort property was also a great experience and we took advantage of all of it . . . Amazing resort style pool, onsite restaurant, gym, patio area with grills, and pickleball & tennis. And when we did decide to leave the property, there was easy access to amazing shopping, restaurants, and beaches anywhere from walking distance to short Uber ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Park Shore Resort unit I152 and highly recommend staying here or any other property hosted by Josh.

Great place to stay! Everything from the beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The private balcony was a perfect place to relax if you need a break from the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again!

3 day getaway and place was great!! Pool was clean house was spacious and Casey was extremely responsive to all my questions. My family and I enjoyed fishing off the dock(multiple catches) hanging at the pool and just the peaceful area. Oh yea best thing is our 2 Bischons felt right as home as well. Thank. You.

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The place was absolutely spotless upon arrival with a very detailed binder of things to do locally. We had two infants with us, so having the ability to open the sliders while the kids slept and the adults enjoyed the pool was something we would book again for. The neighborhood is peaceful, beautiful and child friendly. Will absolutely be returning when our adventures bring us back to the area!

Had an amazing week visiting with extended family. The house was huge so there was plenty of space. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area was incredible we could just stay there all day. Lot of extra amenities in case you forget something. All baths had soap and shampoo available. There was a cooler and two beach chairs as well as many beach towels available for use. Just as pretty as it looks in the pictures!

Absolutely wonderful! Was perfect for a group of five of us - could’ve easily accommodated another person. We had a family of four, with two boys, five and eight, as well a grandparent with us for the entire trip. I know it might sound very cliché - but the photos really don’t do this property justice! The moment we open the front door you could see the ocean through the living room and dining room out through the pool area, and we immediately felt a sense of relaxation and peace. Our family ended up spending hours and hours on and off in the pool and out on the dock throughout each day. We ended up using the pool area and dock area a lot more than we had initially planned. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We didn’t have a single complaint from anybody that used the beds and a pull out one of the nights. The attention to detail in each of the bathrooms as well as the kitchen were amazing. We’d absolutely rent this again!!

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

Mr. Volk was a great host! The house was very clean and exactly as described. We most enjoyed the pool overlooking the water. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Look no further if you are looking for a relaxing home with all the amenities! The 4 bedrooms all have king beds with comfortable mattresses and linens. The bathrooms are clean with tons of towels for baths and pool use. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, dishware, and silverware. The spices and items left over by previous guests are numerous and appreciated. We used the spa nightly and heated the pool one day and never went over our electricity allotment. The outdoor seating is comfortable and the couch out of the sun is great! The propane grill is clean. The centrally located pool table was used daily and an added bonus! Eliz was very responsive to questions. The canal view is amazing and our family of 5 had the BEST time and wanted for nothing! Thanks, Eliz, for a great property to make great family memories!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

Lauren has done up the place very well and having beach towels and beach chairs really helped us. The place is clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the water body is gorgeous. Having a pull out sofa in the living area is an added bonus. The best part is that good eateries and a grocery store are walking distance from the apartment. Lauren is extremely responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. We would certainly like to stay here again if we visit Naples.

Staying at Juanita’s place was wonderful. Got to see the sunrise every morning and rode my bike to the beach everyday! I highly recommend staying in the condo as the neighbors were so lovely. In addition the pool was wonderful at the end of each day!

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back

This listing was everything and more! The pictures didn't do it justice. An excellent, spacious, clean, and well-equipped condo in Cape Coral was just what we needed! The beds were very comfortable, the views spectacular, and everything from kitchen spices to laundry detergent was an extra treat. I can't say enough about the unit. An added plus were beach chairs and an umbrella. The communication from Regina, both before, during, and after, was greatly appreciated. Several fine dining experiences were as little as a short walk or a brief car ride away. Our favorite was the Lobster Lady! Short day trips to Sanibel and Naples were easy to navigate. We also liked some lazy afternoons by the pool. We look forward to a fall return or again next spring! Thank you, Regina, for this 5-star experience!

Had a great stay at the condo last week with my family. Everything was very well supplied in the kitchen. Good beach accessories as well. Only issue we had was that the front two bedrooms were hotter than the rest of the condo, especially at night when sleeping. Overall, great location next to the beach with a beautiful view.

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.
