I had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2BHK home in Varca, South Goa. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing holiday. The house had a calm, welcoming vibe, perfect for unwinding. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and one of the highlights was the great recommendations they gave us for nearby beaches and restaurants. It really helped us make the most of our time in the area and discover some hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The location was also ideal—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive from Varca beach and other nearby attractions. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in South Goa. Would love to come back!

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Sejel's homestay. The place was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Make you feel like home. They are really great hosts. And location of property is very prominent. Cafes nearby. Beach is also very nearby. All in all an awesome experience.

I am still in Awe of the Location & Interiors especially! It is a cosy home away from home. I stayed 3 nights. I cooked almost 2 meals a day der. excellent Location and view. You can enjoy nice beach view & Sunset just sitting in the huge private balcony. I did Sip my coffee with my breakfast there and enjoyed evenings & late night chilling on a swing & relaxing chair. Nice Studio woth colorful tapestry. Balcony, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bath area & Lobby all were spacious & well defined. We enjoyed cooking with all the basic amenities available. Bath area was squeaky clean. Lipy is welcoming & helpful. All in all Good Value Home with Cosy & Comfortable stay. The Balcony, View & Location is the TRP. Total Privacy with things available inside the house & around. One of the Best Stay & Vacay ! 5☆

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Grant and Nigel for making our stay comfortable. ❤️

Great choice of stay for long and short term, especially for couples, family and single ladies. Yashodhara and Pavi go out of the way to make you feel special. It felt like walking into your family home. And not to mention the amount of love they showered on our pets. It was trying to incredible to see the extend they went to keep us happy and make our stay truly memorable. So give it a whirl!!!!

I felt completely at home. That should tell future guests about how nice the place is. 5 stars. The property is neat and clean. All amenities are as specified. Good house rules. It is evident that Garvit takes great care of the property. This home is for someone who wants to escape the chaos of a metropolis. It’s peaceful and tranquil. It is spacious and well set up. I loved the living space and the furniture with decor. The fact that the beach is so close is an added advantage. You can just walk up to the beach in 3 to 5 minutes. Future guests, please follow the house rules. Please do not make it difficult for the house help by being irresponsible. This is a home and treat it with respect. Garvit is a proactive and detail oriented host. Always available. There is a lot to explore from here. Different experiences. But it’s mostly for the laid back folks. If you’re a party animal, then south Goa is not the place. Special mention to Chiku. I will miss the puppy. :)

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!

We burnt our fingers once when we booked on Airbnb in Goa. The place didn't look like anything in the photos and it turned out to be a glorified hostel at a high cost. Ally's place is just right if you want a peaceful stay. It's right there in between to access all the places in the south conviently and it's clean. Parking is not a hassle, the place was spotless, Ally responded quickly to our questions. A pleasant stay!

The apartment complex itself was well-maintained, and the security measures provided a sense of safety throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests I had, which added to the overall positive experience.
