Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.
