So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one.
