Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly renovated 110 sqm place to stay. Located about 30 yards from the sea and within walking distance to Lökenäs beach. There is a large patio on the unspoiled backside with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and tableware for 12 people. Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. It takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden, where more grocery stores and shopping centers are available. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda Sands camping. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

Kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and porcelain. Water for cooking is collected in the bathroom in the adjacent building. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and dishwasher.

Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Quiet and nice area on the east side of Öland near animals and nature. Close to swimming area, bike and walking paths. Close to Öland Alvar with unique flora, about 50 km to Ottenby bird station. Access to hot tub, bikes and barbecue. Here, four-legged family members are also welcome if they are on a leash. Bed linens, towels and bathrobe are included. Cleaning is done by the guest. The hosts have cats. Air conditioning is in the bedroom.

In the evenings, you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west-facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is open in Djupvik during the summer. Approximately 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
