At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. The Sands Weekender

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have found it!! The Weekender is perfect for couples that are looking for some R&R. It is located approximately 4 miles from McAlester. This cabin has everything you need to get away! Relax on the deck while cooking a steak on the grill, sit in the hot tub or around the outdoor firepit just a few steps away. The inside is an open floor plan with kitchenette, King size bed and cozy living area! We have multiple cabins in case you want to bring friends.

Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

We have hosted many Weddings, Parties, Disc Golf Tournaments, Retreats, Boy Scout Camp-outs, Fishing Derbies, etc! We also have an RV Park as well!
