Perhaps the greatest asset of this accommodation is its one-of-a-kind “egg sauna.” This is a completely DIY sauna, designed and built entirely by JP, with a unique shape that allows heat to circulate naturally.Indulge in a sauna experience you can only enjoy here, enveloped in the gentle warmth of the wood-burning stove. The room also has a traditional Japanese sunken hearth, typical of an old kominka house. You can experience traditional Japanese living, such as enjoying a hot pot around the irori (traditional hearth) or grilling skewers. *Please bring your own cooking utensils, such as ingredients and skewers. OHANA is a private seaside cottage on Naoshima, known as a sacred place of contemporary art. There are two cottages, sea side and mountain side; Lani is the mountain-side cottage. Free parking is available on site. The cottage accommodates 6–8 guests and includes a kitchen and washing machine. It is a 3-minute walk to the Yellow Pumpkin and 2 minutes to the bus stop.
