It is a very special place and wonderful experience as an air bnb. Even if it’s a bit further away and takes some time to get there, it’s all worth it. The traditional house has everything you need. And we got excellent dinner and breakfast!! Also it’s just in walking distance for Teshima art museum.

일본을 여러번 여행해 본 저에게 지금까지의 여행은 아무것도 아니게 될 정도로 최고의 여행을 선물받았습니다. 늘 밝은 분위기와 웃음으로 응대해주셨습니다. 체크인 시간에 늦어버린 저를 위해 직접 한국어로 작성하신 체크인 절차에 관한 안내문을 게시해주셨습니다. 샤워 시설이 공용이라 걱정했지만 혼자 사용한다고 착각할 만큼 늘 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고 불편함이 없었습니다. 생일을 맞이하여 갔었던 여행이었는데 일정을 든든하게 시작할 수 있게 도시락으로 된 아침밥도 자주 선물해주셨습니다. 날씨가 추운 날에는 제가 입은 옷이 많이 추울거라고, 비가 예정된 날에는 우산을 깜박하지않게 늘 친절하게 저를 걱정해주셨고 마지막 날에는 역까지 직접 태워주시며 일본어를 잘 하지 못하는 저의 수준에 맞춰주시며 재밌는 이야기도 많이 나눴습니다. 호스트님의 친절함과 상냥함은 이번 다카마쓰 여행을 죽을때까지 잊지 못할 인상적이고 낭만적인 생일 여행으로 만들어주셨습니다.

It was really difficult to book a room, but I finally got the chance. For one night! I can understand why it's so popular - Easy to find, exceptional access to train station and ferries. And the staff there were super warm, friendly and very helpful. shout out to Takashi, Minh and their colleagues for being such great hosts. The included breakfast set was really nice. All this made up for the room which was a wee tight for a couple.

Visiting Hiroyuki and his family was the highlight of our three day trip! This is an experience that few people visiting Japan can have. Grandmother was so kind and she lovingly prepared many special dishes for us with ingredients from her own garden. Grandfather offered to guide us to the Fudoin Temple and we really enjoyed getting to know the whole family. This is an amazing place to stay and I can't express how kind HIroyuki's family is! What a great time we had!!

とても素晴らしい3泊4日の旅でした。離島というロケーションは初めてでしたが、とてもアクセスがよく、過ごしやすい気候で、静かで、穏やかで、とても気に入りました。家族3人でお邪魔しましたが、3人には広すぎるスペースを贅沢に使って、海の音を聞いて、癒されながらのんびり過ごしました。基本はBBQをしたり、キッチンで簡単なランチを作ったりしました。外食も予定していましたが、臨時休業だったり、予約で満席だったりで、事前問い合わせは必須です。島唯一のJAの商店でカップ麺を買ったりハーゲンダッツを買ったりしてワイワイ楽しんだ日もあります。島の方々もとても親切でアットホームでした！リカさん、本当にありがとうございました。また女木島に遊びに行きますね！

This is our second time to stay in Tadashi's property, and we went with our sons' families including 2 kids. Tadashi couple have specially arranged extras for the kids, including child size kimonos, kid's menu, and toys. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights, and greatly appreciated Tadashi couple's extra effort to make our stay the most memorable one.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar mit vielen liebevollen Details, ein architektonisches Schmuckstück. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren atemberaubend und die Lage war extrem ruhig - ein fantastischer Ort um sich zu erholen. Alan und Reiko sind grossartige Gastgeber und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Fahrräder zu mieten empfehlen wir unbedingt um die Insel zu erkunden. Auch das haben Alan und Reiko für uns organisiert. Grossartig ist auch das Frühstück für das es frische Eier, selbstgemachte Erdbeermarmelade und Granola gibt.

A great place to stay in Teshima. This is a real Japanese traditional house, large, very clean. The host is EXTREMELY helpful, quick to answer any message, to render all services needed like calling the only taxi present in the island, making reservations at restaurants, etc.

위치가 아케이드 메인 거리 끝자락이라 아케이드를 끝에서 끝까지 왔다갔다 하며 돌아보기가 좋았습니다. 타카마츠 역에서 10분 정도 걸었던 거 같아요. 근처에 라이온 거리라고 식당들이 있는 길도 있어서 좋았고 방 두 개에 화장실과 욕실 별도, 세면대 공간도 문으로 닫을 수 있어서 일행과 번갈아 씻을 때 편했습니다. 소파가 잘 움직이는 게 신경쓰였으나 앉았을 때 편해서 만족. 침실 한 쪽이 공기가 차가워서 난방 온도를 꽤 높여야했던 걸 빼면 전체적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요!
