Comfortable accommodation at a good price. Small and simple, but perfect for my needs. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make my food. Strong AC. The off-street parking out back felt secure. Nice outdoor space to eat my breakfast. 20 minute drive from the Hard Rock Casino where I was attending a work event. I appreciated that they accommodated a late check out, even though I was asked to pay an extra $30 for just one hour which seemed a bit pricey. That said, some Airbnb’s don’t allow it at all, so at least it was an option. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it for a single person or a couple looking for an efficient but comfy place to stay.

Very cute and clean place! I did not realize it was a shared space, almost like a guest house type deal. Although I do not typically prefer this set up for a stay, it was perfect for what my husband and I needed for the weekend. Great location as well! Good communication with the host.

Maria’s house was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean and clearly newly renovated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. You can tell she takes great care of the home. It had all the essentials and more. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

The house was fantastic and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Seva was an excellent host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless, everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and we felt right at home from the start. The host was extremely communicative and always responded promptly during the booking process. She even left some thoughtful little treats for our youngest traveler, which we really appreciated. Both the pool and hot tub were clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back the next time we’re in Miami!

Nice apartment, very clean, great location walking distance to bars and restaurants. Love the large balcony and took advantage of the gym. Easy to find and park. Rob was very responsive and nice. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Miami! The inside of the home was very neat, clean, and just as pictured. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. One of the best features was the spacious backyard — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather (though be prepared for lots of lizards outside, which is pretty typical for the area!). We were also so grateful that the host allowed us to host a small bachelorette gathering. It was the perfect spot for our group, and we had an amazing time. Most of the activities and places we planned were about a 30–45 minute drive away, so having a car definitely helped. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

Jordan was probably the best host I've ever had and house exceeded expectations. You can tell that he and his wife put a lot of effort into making it very comfortable. Great for a family trip or a vacation with a small group of friends. The pool and backyard amenities put it over the top for me and my son. The location is great for going to the beach and there are multiple great restaurants nearby. The Rustic Inn is a must if you like crab legs. The Hard Rock resort & casino is probably within walking distance but they have a free parking garage so we drove there to check it out. I-95 is about a 5-minute drive so if you plan on going to Ft. Lauderdale or south to Miami this makes it very easy. I can't say enough great things about this rental. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. If you're planning on staying in Hollywood this is the spot. Thanks for everything Jordan. We will be back.

The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including all the kitchen appliances. It was spotless and well-maintained. Great place, it was conveniently located near Hard Rock live venue where we went to a concert. Spotless, good night of sleep, I wanted to take the duvet home because it was so fluffy, Juliana is a great host, friendly and replied to all my concerns immediately and the place smells amazing

We had a great stay at Ryan’s apartment in Hollywood, FL! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Hollywood Beach, which quickly became our favorite even after visiting several others nearby. The Broadwalk is also close by and full of excellent restaurants—definitely check out Sr. Miche for delicious tacos and burritos. The apartment itself was simple, beautiful, and spotless. The large balcony with plenty of patio furniture was a nice bonus, and the building was extremely clean, quiet, and smelled great. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the pool was under maintenance during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The apartment had everything we needed for beach days, including chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were spacious.
