Amazing place near downtown Tepotzotlán, we were truly surprised by the quality of the place!

The house was beautiful and would recommend staying again! Close to the area we needed to be in. Big kitchen and very spacious.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

The house is very large and beautiful. What I liked is that it is decorated in a retro style. It had many things that reminded me of my childhood. The house is very close to the pyramids if that's what you're going to visit. It's really good. The area is very quiet. Daniel is super attentive, always available. I really liked that it has everything you need to feel right at home. I highly recommend the place

We love staying here! It’s such a cool & fun space and you can tell it was thoughtfully curated. Very clean too. Check in was a lil tricky with the keypad but Gina was on it and very responsive and helpful! The location is also bomb with lots of walkable bars and restaurants that were on my list to explore. Would deffs stay here again. I got a lot of inspiration from this place too. Thank you for the memories <3

The apartment was equally beautiful, comfortable, clean and offered a great view. The location is fantastic, there's a Walmart and restaurant options literally right across the street. Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

Ivan's apartment is really excellent for a long stay in CDMX. It is close to several tourist spots and is an area with a lot of activity but at the same time quiet and peaceful when you are inside the apartment. We hope to stay at this beautiful and comfortable place again very soon in the near future.

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

Niles is an excellent host: attentive, fast, flexible, discreet. A 10 The ad (photos and description) perfectly describes the apartment, and the reality is even better than the photos. The area is residential, away from the noise of the city. You're in Polanco in 15 minutes.

Perfect Family Stay in CDMX! We recently spent a couple of weeks at this wonderful Airbnb in Mexico City, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The location was unbeatable, with a plethora of excellent restaurants nearby and a vibrant neighborhood to explore. The property itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our family, including our little one. The host's communication was top-notch, making us feel welcome and well-informed throughout our stay. Safety was never a concern, and we felt at ease at all times. My partner and I arrived at this accommodation, it is nice to rest, take a bath and go out, the subway is not far, we had to sleep comfortably, quiet area and very nice people.

Great place to spend a few quiet days close to restaurants, cafes, and cute shops. The apartment is impeccable and comfortable. Perfect for four people. The area is safe and easily accessible. Would happily stay here again!

Everything was great, friendly staff. The location is excellent

Few blocks from Metro Doctores and the trolebús if you wanted to get to the bus station Central del Norte. From the stations you could make it to almost anywhere in historic downtown. I would add a little more pep to my step later in the evening when returning, but more to look like you know where you’re going. There wasn’t much street noise. Which I liked for an easier and relaxing nights sleep. I would note that like on the description that there’s no elevator. So if you have trouble climbing stairs I would keep that in mind. Definitely on my list on my next trip back.
