Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ojo de Agua

I've been back to the apartment three times. I like the location, the nearby amenities, the cleanliness, the security and above all Julio's good service. I'll definitely be back soon.

My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Great apartment for a longer stay. Some essential items were missing and Helena arranged them quickly. The building is great and the location is great. The only problem was wifi, which was very slow and practically did not work in the suite.

MY STAY STARTED SUPER WELL IS THE FIRST TIME IN AN AIRBNB OUTSIDE MY COUNTRY AND MY FIRST TIME ALSO VISITING MEXICO. THE AREA IS GREAT MANY RESTAURANTS PLACES TO ACCESS BY WALKING (AREA OF MUCH TRAFFIC) MODERN BUILDING LIKE MANY FAULTS (INCLUDING JACUZZI AND SAUNA). THE APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. DO NOT LET ME KNOW IT WAS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED (I CUSTOMARILY THOUGHT THEY WERE ALL) BUT IT MADE GOOD WEATHER ALL THE TIME AND WE COULD OPEN THE WINDOWS (TRIP IN AUGUST). THE DUENNO WAS WELL ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY PREGUTAS AND ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY. THE BUILDING HAS ENOUGH SECURITY WHAT BECOMES OVERWHELMING BUT IT IS FOR OUR GOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT I LEAVE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WAS THE LACK OF AMENITIES OR ATTENTION. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO HAVE + TOWELS, + SAVANNAS, + DRINKING WATER, COFFEE (AT LEAST FOR THE 1ST HOUR OF STAY ) SUGAR AND SALT HABIA BUT POORLY STORED.

Marco was a responsive and helpful host. The apartment is well situated, very close to a huge supermarket and Costco. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. I have nothing bad to say about the place. My wife, kids and I had a great stay here and would do so again on our next trip to CDMX.

The location was great. Lots of tiendas in the neighborhood. A major market was 10 min walk away. Great local market at the city hall building around the corner. We loved how comfy and relaxing the space is. Truly unique and fun to come “home” to after a long day of being a tourist We visited Xochimilco, Tolantongo, Teotihuacán, casa de Frida, and many others. This was an excellent central location PS: I saw some negative reviews when choosing the space, and I adamantly disagree. Any city in the world is loud compared to private spaces and small towns, of course there will be some noises. It is what makes the location vibrant. We have 4 children and not one of them had trouble sleeping. It was amazing and comfy. I make a similar comment about reviews concerning diversity of humans in cities; every city in the world has diverse people and this amazing (very large) city is no different. Don’t listen to any negative review about this space claiming loud or unsafe. It is nonsense!

Excellent accommodation with Juan Carlos, everything is very quiet and comfortable. He was always in constant communication with us. I highly recommend it.

Oscar is an excellent host, he was attentive all the time, even with doubts before booking. Always flexible at the time of requesting service. The place is identical to the photos, has an incredible space to play and inside comes with everything you need to feel comfortable. Mrs. Blanca, who is on site, very kind, always attentive and her food is very rich An excellent place and hosts, I will definitely be back.

Everything we expected and MORE! Super clean, great location, extremely secure, amazing amenities, detailed instructions easy to follow, great centralized location, anything you may need across the street at the strip mall. Too many things to mention, simply AMAZING place at an AMAZING city.

Raynard is very friendly! The place is clean, cozy and welcoming, the bed is comfortable, and there is a smell of incense, the neighborhood is safe, and there is a gym downstairs. It's very close to Plaza Carso and great for people who work nearby!
