Here you are close to both swimming and outdoor activities, there are many nice hiking trails in summer and in winter the ski track is behind the corner. Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. Cozy townhouse on Kullen in Piteå for rent. The house has three bedrooms, one bedroom has double bed which is 180 cm and the other two rooms have beds that are 140 cm. In one room there is plenty of room for an extra bed if needed. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV. The house has two bathrooms with shower in both bathrooms. The townhouse has a patio on both the front and back to be able to use as many hours of sun as possible. There is a possibility to charge an electric car if desired.

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. To Piteå center it takes 10 minutes by car. Free parking and access to 11 kw electric car charger. Smoke and animal-free. Warmly welcome ! Ulrika
