Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Our gite L'Eloge des Bulles is a comfortable, friendly and quiet country house for 8 to 11 people with private parking in a closed courtyard, garden, terrace. Located in a village, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards near Epernay and Reims, it was fully renovated in 2025. Relax with the sauna and Jacuzzi (open year-round) and enjoy winter evenings by the fireplace. The shared swimming pool is accessible by booking time slots in the summer season.
