Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Den Bosch/Vught- Het Atelier, something special

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and, for example, the Regina Coeli language institute. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.

The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out.
