Relax with the family in the midst of nature on the Simo River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! New barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to on the beach for bonfires!

A neat cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. The price includes bedding and towels, as well as final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging available. (11kw) Charge 0.25€/kWh.

A small beach cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right by the lake. The cottage has a traditional Finnish tree sauna and a shower in the dressing room connected to the sauna. The cottage is a very traditional Finnish cottage, which has been slightly modernized. From the deck, a great view of the lake! The cottage has a traditional Finnish outdoor sauna, which is located in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cabin experience near nature!

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.

The villa has two separate sections under one roof: the main side includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a workstation. The sauna wing features a wood-fired sauna, bathroom, and a third bedroom with another workstation—accessed via a covered terrace. Enjoy stunning sea views, relax in the outdoor hot tub (included). Ideal for both leisure and remote work.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
