The apartment is located in on a top floor (NO LIFT/NO ELEVATOR) of an old 18th Century building, the old Sicilian furniture is part of the story of this apartment, we wanted to give a Sicilian feeling, in a strategical area of the town, the old Custom, exactly on the Ortigia bridges, you can park easily if you arrive by car, it's 5min walk from train/bus station. The apartment is located within the Plemmirio natural park, a popular destination for underwater and water sports enthusiasts and being located 100 meters from the sea is also convenient for families, couples and small groups. A beachfront spot right at the end of the street, an equipped beach with a restaurant within walking distance, bars and small markets in the surrounding area make the atmosphere comfortable, relaxing and holiday-maker. In 10 min. drive to Ortigia.

It is also possible to reach wonderful seaside areas by choosing between a relaxing day at the beach or in one of the many solariums on the Ortigia seafront.
