Tutto perfetto! L'esperienza è stata bellissima, la casa e l'area circostante sono ancora più belle dal vivo di quanto mi aspettassi, dentro c'era tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ma soprattutto gli host sono stati impeccabili dal primo momento all'ultimo. Velocissimi nelle risposte, proattivi, disponibilissimi, gentilissimi e molto pazienti nonostante il nostro grande ritardo sull'orario che avevamo richiesto per il check-in. Non potrei consigliarlo di più.

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Ricardo, the host, was awesome. Very responsive. Got us a stroller when the airline lost ours. Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and overall was just great. Thanks Ricardo!!!

Wir können Angelo und seine Unterkunft bedingungslos empfehlen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht genossen. Angelo war immer für uns da und ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Die Ruhe ist wundervoll und sollte auch gegenüber den Nachbarn v.a. nachts respektiert werden.

La casa di Rossana è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura più bella. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie e l'ampissima zona giorno open space ci ha consentito di trascorrere piacevolmente le giornate tutti insieme mentre le 4 camere da letto complete di bagno in camera ci hanno permesso di avere la giusta privacy quando necessario. La casa è nuovissima, moderna nella costruzione e nell'arredamento, luminosa e pulitissima. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani e anche cucina e sala da pranzo sono complete di tutto il necessario. La zona è appartata e tranquilla, abbiamo letteralmente adorato il paesaggio circostante. La proprietaria non era presente durante il nostro soggiorno ma Emanuela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e non ha mancato di farci avere consigli e raccomandazioni sulla zona. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

We had a really wonderful time at Il Noceto. The local hosts were great and the house is wonderful: well-equipped with a great location. The pool is great and the view over the valleys that surround it are wonderful.

Quel accueil dans cet appartement d'une propreté et d'une beauté impeccable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôte a été très réactive à nos demandes et d'une gentillesse très appréciée. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet airBnB!

Casa Felice is a very special place. We didn’t want to leave. Arlette was very helpful with communication and quick to reply to my queries. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The house was well stocked and tidy. Everything we needed, was available, including beach toys and pool toys in the garage. Toys and games for the children, extra towels for the pool and beach. Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views and sunsets. The booklet put together by Arlette gave good suggestions for restaurants, and things to see and do in the area. We did a wine tour and tasting at Cantina Mazzarosa which I highly recommend. And the children’s favourite beach was Torre di Cerrano. We hope to come back to Casa Felice again soon.

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

È già la seconda volta che usufruisco di questo appartamento che ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa anche solo per una notte. Persone gentilissime e appartamento pulito e confortevole!

Sehr schönes und neues Haus, man ist sehr schnell am Meer und an guten Restaurants. Die nah gelegenen Bahngleise waren in der Nacht dennoch störend, aber es hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen. Schöne Küche und alles sehr sauber. Auch Aldo hat uns sehr geholfen und gleich mit wichtigen Informationen und Tipps versorgt😊. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa di Lorenzo/Antonella per due settimane. La casa si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla a 150 mt dal mare dove ci sono sia stabilimenti che spiagge libere (mare pulitissimo e spiagge di sabbia)... nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi, ristoranti, farmacia, supermercati... quindi volendo si puo' abbandonare la macchina e girare a piedi o in bici per l'intera vacanza. La casa è assolutamente PULITA, ordinata, accessoriata di tutto l'occorrente, di dimensioni ottimali per 2/4 persone... ha un bello spazio esterno pavimentato e recintato, per cui noi che viaggiavamo con due cagnoline l'abbiamo trovato utilissimo e loro sono state felici di poter giocare fuori... inoltre vi è una zona coperta da una tenda da sole e attrezzata con tavolo e sedie comodissima per passare del tempo all'esterno. Lorenzo e Antonella sono due persone gentili e simpatiche, con cui abbiamo comunicato benissimo. Se torneremo a Silvi speriamo di poter soggiornare di nuovo li.

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

E' stat una bell'esperienza, la casa è molto accogliente e si respira una tranquillità capace di ricaricarti... posizione comoda, in collina a pochi minuti in auto dal mare. Consigliatissimo, siamo stati accolti dalla mamma di Allen, signora simpatica che si è resa sempre disponibile!

Wir wurden von dem Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich in dem kleinen Ort Villa Rossi wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist neu und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Auch die Nachbarn in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man sich beispielsweise ausgesperrt hat. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen auf das Campo Imperatore und die großen Berge in der Umgebung. Ein wunderschöner Ort, um ein paar Tage zu bleiben.

Ottimo posto per soggiornare nelle campagne marchigiane. Tiziana persona disponibilissima. Casa molto curata nei dettagli, la piscina un plus da non sottovalutare. Da tornarci.
