Danny was a thoughtful and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was peaceful and perfect for exploring the beautiful Laois countryside and we really appreciated the small touches that made it feel like a home away from home. A really great place to stay. Lots of room inside and a large back patio which was great because the weather was spectacular. It’s very close to all of Athlone’s restaurants and pubs. A large grocery store is a five minute walk. It was nice to have both a washer and a dryer.

We had a lovely stay with Aidan and Elena at Sleep Bloom. Every aspect of the booking and the stay were effortless. The area is so peaceful and beautiful with gorgeous walks and villages with great eating options. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. I have never stayed in a cleaner place! There are ducks and chickens and a lovely cat and the kitchen has everything you need and even bacon, sausages and eggs from their chickens! Their attention to detail is really appreciated. It's perfect!
