It was a beautiful,super clean,spacious house on top of the hill with magnificent view of the mountain and sea which looked 100 times better than the pictures and the host made it feel like home. Any time of the day or night I texted Yasin, he replied back in less than a minute and always wanted to help. Yasin text you daily to check if you need anything so he can bring it to you. My flight in Rize was canceled and they put us in a bus to Trabzon airport to fly out and Yasin texted me saying if my flight got canceled again,he will drive there to pick me up and host me. I can’t thank him enough for how kind and beautiful he is, he helped me and my family to make beautiful memories in Rize and I hope to go back in the future. Thanks Yasin 🙏🏻

This is a beautiful little spot if you’d like a mountain getaway between Trabzon and Rize. The space is very cozy (a fire was waiting for us in the wood burning stove when we arrived) and the views are lovely. As mentioned by others, the nearest restaurant and market are a few kilometers away so we brought some groceries, but basics like oil, salt, tea, etc. are available in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

كان في استقبالنا المضيف وعائلته.. المسكن مريح ومرتب والاثاث نظيف.. المطبخ كامل ويوجد حديقة تابعه للمسكن وفيها مكان للشواء والالعاب.. السكن يقع في الدور الثالث لكن يتوفر ونش لحمل الأمتعة.. يوجد مكيفان.. مكيف بغرفة النوم الرئيسية ومكيف بالصالة

البيت جميل و نظيف جدا حتى افضل من الصور والاطلالات جميييلة جدا و اهل البيت ودودين واستقبلونا بترحيب. اذا كنت ساسافر لتركيا مره اخرا سأسكن عند هذي الفيلا بالتأكيد انصح اي شخص بأن يأخذ هذي الفيلا الي اعتبرها افضل فيلا في تركيا

كوخ جميل ، مرتب اثاث نظيف ، ( لديهم الإفطار التركي مجاناً مع الإقامة ) ، عندهم مكوى وخدمة غسيل ملابس بالجملة بـ200 ليرة ، عندهم منطقة للشواء خارج سكن فيها جلسات، يبعد عن بحيرة اوزنجول 19 كم ، لكن قريب من قرية Caykara تبعد 4 كم ، يوجد بها ( مطعم ، صيدلية ، بقالات ، جزار ( لحوم ) معك سيارة خيار مناسب لك ، شكراً للقائمين ع هذا مكان .

The place are amazing with very beautiful view just as described. The worker there are helpful and friendly. They gave us all what we need and they never seem to be mad of that. They provide me with transportation from and to the airport. Amazing I would recommend it to you l.

Harika bir deneyimdi🏡 Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev çok geniş ve mükemmel manzaraya sahipti, havalimanına çok yakın ayrıca temizliğe çok önem vermişler bütün malzemeler 1. Kalitedeydi. Son yıllarda kaldığım açık ara en güzel evdi 5 yıldızlı otel deneyimi yaşattı bize. Ev sahibi güler yüzlü ve gerçekten yardım severdi ve bize çok iyi tavsiyeler verdi. Güvenlik bakımından kusursuz. Evin bahçesinde çok keyfili dakikalar geçirdik dostlarımla. Ben 5 yıldız veriyorum ve herkese tavsiye ederim.

النظافة ممتازة - السكن هادئ وجميل وخصوصية عالية - رمضان راعي السكن متعاون ولطيف - السكن بشكل عام ممتاز ،الملاحظات: الطريق وعر نوعًا ما يجب الحذر قليلًا بالطريق بحكم انه فوق جبل - يوجد درج مو قليل للوصول للمسكن لا يناسب كبار السن - رمضان جدًا محترم وخلوق لكن يشتغل معاه واحد سوري ابدًا مو متعاون وكلمني بطريقة جدًا مو محترمه وكلمت رمضان واعتذر عن ذلك لكن السوري اللي معاه ابدًا مو محترم

مسكن جميل وحديث و أشخاص رائعون ومتعاونين الشقه عباره عن دور إول كامل غرفتين نوم وصاله و مطبخ ذو إطلاله جميله الأثاث حديث و انيق الشقه نظيف جداً يوجد اواني بسيطه للطبخ و كذالك غساله ملابس . الوصول للموقع سهل وقريب جداً من الطريق الرئيسى لكن يجب التواصل مع المالك للوصل اول مره ( لقد أخذنا طريق مختلف حسب الموقع في قوقل ماب وكان خطير جداً) السلبيات الشقه لا يوجد لها باب خاص بل مدخل مشترك مع الدور الأرضي لا يوجد ماء ساخن للاستحمام . وعدنا بحل هذا المشكله في المستقبل
