Tucked into the woods, a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid(no electricity)so it’s excellent for star gazing! Linens are provided. The site also has a Blackstone grill & fire pit with seating for relaxing. See “other details to note”

Cozy apartment in a rustic, 3-story cabin nestled on 20 acres of woods. Property is complete with hiking trails, artificial baits only catch-and-release pond, plus hot tub. Unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, bar/dining area, couch, and bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator in bar. Owners live above apartment and will be there if needed. There is a private entrance so you don't need to see us at all! Located 8 minutes from Seneca wine trail, 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and 20 from Ithaca.

Relax and enjoy this unique and private getaway hidden behind trees on a spacious lot. Minutes from Lake Seneca, wineries and picturesque walking trails with natural waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife! Get back to nature or enjoy wine tasting. Plan a day on the water with kayak & boat rentals, everything you need. We have it all! We also have alternating stairs to access the loft sleeping area (see picture), but if that’s not your thing there is a comfy Murphy bed on the lower level.

Find luxury inside and nature outside. Cottage 1 has a double bed in one corner, a trundle bed in the opposite corner and a private bath. Additionally find a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a welcome basket with oatmeal, muffins, popcorn, nuts, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).
